- It's been 60 days with our Sleep Number bed. We bought this bed at the onset of Stacy's pregnancy and we discuss how we feel about our purchase 60 days later.

I am also a Sleep Number employee. we have updated the remotes since to be easier to push. and SleepIQ app does have a remote function. It used to be in the upper right hand corner. now it is at the bottom of the new app version.
Worst customer service that I have ever seen! Even under full warranty they expect the customer to diagnose and fix the problem. I bought it because my wife and I are elderly with bad backs and the person on the phone has me trying to move the bed around and lift the mattress while pulling off hoses and plugging outlets to see what is leaking. When I demand that they get someone to come fix it there is a $107 charge. As I said it is still under the 24 month full coverage. You'll be seeing this post a lot and that $107 will look like chicken feed when I'm done!

4 years later, I can say I'm glad all went well with the pregnancy and that you've enjoyed your bed to this day.

My husband and I are getting our sleep number P5 bed in a couple days. I’m also currently pregnant and that’s one of the reasons why we bought it. So excited to have the bed here!!!
2nd vid I've seen of yours. subscribed. thanks for seeming to be a super sweet couple, having good sound quality, and having an honest review. we just purchased a p5 with adjustable base that will be delivered in a week. We're excited!

Sure, check out the newest versions as well that produce heat for your feet. They seem pretty cool.
For the button issue try some clear cabinet bumpers over the remote buttons.
my wife and i also found the sleep number bed in a hotel in canada - we love ours, we dont even use the remote. we use the phone app

How did you like the sleep number bed?
to make a long story short. we wanted a Cal. King four poster bed frame and a sleep number mattress to go into the bed. We ordered the mattress in Dec 2017 and it was delivered and set up on the 22nd (the setup took less than 10min). we did not have the bed frame yet, we didn't find one we liked for a month or two and then it took a while to get it. We final had our new Cal. King four post bed delivered on April 8th 2018. We set the bed up and it looked great, we then tried to put the mattress on the bed, well it didn't fit. it was to wide and it was too short for the bed frame. We naturally thought it was the bed frame, well it wasn't, in December when we went to the Tysons Corner sleep number store in Virginia, requested if a Cal. King P6 mattress was an option, we were told yes so we paid for it then and there. The sales people were a little perplexed at the Cal. King requested but assured us that we could get it, it might just take a little longer. So instead of ordering a Cal. King they ordered just a King, and it is not obvious by all the order codes on the paperwork what we ordered so we didn't catch it. when the mattress was delivered and set up, there is no tag that says what size mattress you have, so we didn't catch it there either. we did catch it when we tried to put a King mattress on a Cal.King bed frame but customer service says its past the first 100 days so they will not fix the problem. We recommend anyone doing business with sleep number check what you order and have the sales person write specifically what you order in plain english on the order form, because they will sell you something in stock vs. what you want if they think you wont notice or don't know any better. One last though, My wife had issues with sales and customer service, she felt like they were treating her like she was dumb and didn't know anything, I also witness this when I talked to them. it might be isolated, but worth mentioning. our sleep number customer number is 1013881647

Our ILE that we received on 11/15/2016 developed a problem a few days ago. The left side of the "pump" stopped working and is waiting on a replacement. A bit scary that the pump would fail within a month and half. Just a heads up to all.
We've had ours for a few months with no issues. Sorry you had some trouble. I haven't heard of pumps failing often so it was probably just a fluke.
They have an app now you can use instead of the remote. Everything is done now off your smartphone.
Hello, thank you for your video. My wife and I are waiting for our ILE split king to be delivered in a week. During the video you mention that mobile app did not support a remote function. This caused concern as our sales rep told us the same thing (it was part of the sleep IQ app). I own and Android phone and after installing the Sleep IQ app I did find a option for a remote. I pressed Login and then Remote button bottom right (we don't have our bed yet. So not sure what it does). Not sure when the feature was added compared to your video date. Have you found the same on the Iphone app?

I just received the iLE on 12/22/16 with the FlexFit3 Base. I love it. I think I like the base the best. I guess you got your bed and know that there is a remote function on the app. I never use it, because with the FlexFit3 base the remote lights up and I don't have a problem see it.

which mattress did you guys get I'm looking into the m7... an i have read a reviews that they smell?
We have an i8. It's very comfortable, by far the most comfortable we've ever owned. I can't attest to anything but the comfort, but I love it over 60 days from purchase. We haven't smelled anything. So far it's odorless and it's very humid here in the summer. It's a great bed. No regrets.
How do you guys like the bed now that you have had it for a while?
We still love it. We don't mess with the sleep number very much because we know what firmness level we prefer. I don't think that's a bad thing because we have very good sleep. Everything works great still and have no issues with it

Can you be able to bend to get upstairs in a tight hallway to the upstairs

I recommend doing plenty of research. It's difficult choosing the right one. Sleep number is an AMAZING bed, but it does cost more than the typical bed.

What about cuddling? How do you get close with the gap in the middle?
The beds are hooked together so the gap is very small. I can't even force my hand in it. It hasn't bothered us. They do have models that are not split king.
The gap is only part of the head not the whole thing

Yes, it is. I don't know if I missed it initially or it was recently added, but it definitely has that functionality now :-)
Is the space in the middle annoying for sex and cuddling?
The mattresses can be pressed together really tightly so the middle part is seamless.
Guys i hope you are for real. I just order 360 c4 be here june2. I hope i did not make costly mistake!
You certainly made a costly mistake, you could have gone with a"Personal Comfort"brand mattress & saved yourself some money, also you would have owned a better quality mattress.
I own this bed and love it but I'm sorry this is 100% a paid review y'all don't even try to hide it 😵
Pretty much all these types of videos are infomercials. Sadly the days of getting honest reviews seem to be over.
Lol this is the most phony review I’ve seen on any product I wonder if they really believe it them selves , they sure know these functions like if they where actually sales employees, I was really considering buying one but I can’t find any real owner reviews , this video must of been shot in a showroom floor no evidence at all of a legit situation I’ve seen one that was not so good on the bed but that’s it I’m still looking for honest opinion, or reviews for now I’ll pass on purchasing one .
