- It's my last day being pregnant. Tomorrow is my scheduled c section and I got almost no sleep at all! I'm nervous about the c section and about whether they will be able to get the epidural in because I would definitely not like to go under general anesthesia.

I was born with spina bifida and I’ve been in a wheelchair since I was three and I would love to have a children one day so was wondering what are the chances that my baby could have some type a birth defect

It would be difficult after the c-section and this way my husband could take care of the baby and give me time to recover
