You have to make 3 x base rent. Located on a busy road with shops, hospitals, banks 215 freeway and much more. Build 2023. Prices change daily so if you like something you see defiantly give them a call or schedule a tour. They have elevators and indoor parking garage that is free for residents.

I think at that price point you should have full size washer and dryer. And more closet space in that 1 bedroom-It is nice though.
I hope they drop the pricing down for that one bed it’s pretty tight but the bathroom is a really nice size

Nice place but these clubhouses seem to be getting out of control. I doubt I would use it much after the novelty wears off. The problem is the price never will. They are brainwashing people with “ free” parking. Lifestyle fees don’t exist but let’s face it they are already built into the rent. Like to see a new place open and say this is how much your rent is. No extras for sewer, water, parking and what I feel the latest scam is valet trash. Love your videos Caroline. Hoping you get to Domain in Henderson soon.
Straight up gimmick to hose the consumer. Same thing with all hotels charging a resort fee, for what?
Its really nice. Only thing im not super big on is the bathrooms. I feel for other similar priced properties they have just nicer looking ones. These ones are pretty basic
Great video! Is there a dog park area and an amazon package area? What about guest parking? You usually address these items. These apartments look super cute but I am suprised they have carpet in the closets and bedrooms, no full size washer and dryer (not even in the 2 bedroom apartments), and no jetted tub. I guess my standards go up when looking at luxury apartments.

So they are still finishing up with this complex, sometimes with new construction they won’t show me everything due to the fact that it’s not ready yet. But they will have a pet spa, and we’re the apartments are they have areas for your dog. And guest parking will be outside I believe but I could call them and ask for you. ☺️
Waaaaay overpriced for similar (and some even better) in the area.
I really wish you’d include the name in the title and location in the video. Would make these videos way more practical

These are very nice! I still keep coming back to the Auric Symphony park, but I really like the Ellison, especially if a corner unit away from the sun can be had. Between auric and Ellison, how you think compare? Thank you Caroline 🥂
Oh this one 1000% the reason for it is because there is no resort or amenities fee and you get free parking if you’re a resident ☺️!
And yes you can get a corner view apartment they have plenty available ☺️

If you go back to their website go on pricing and availability section and you will set the map of the place and you just click which area you like on the map and the pricing will pop up ☺️
The apartment is very nice but 3000 is way to much to spend on rent. That 2 bedroom should be no more than 2000. That is why there is a lot of availability, no one wants to pay that. That is ridiculous, That is a mortgage payment.

So they just opened up so that’s why there is a lot of availability, but yes if you can and meet all the requirements of a home loan then absolutely buy! ☺️
