    You have to make 2.5 x base rent. This apartment is located in the enterprise area, and it shares the complex with retail. Build 2019. Prices change daily so if you like something you see defiantly give them a call or schedule a tour. They have elevators.
    Garage or undercover parking is assigned with resident.
    *Keep in mind our prices change daily, so once you have a quote you will need to act fast to lock in that rate. Rates are based on the date you will move in and lease term, so if you change your move in date or lease term after the quote has been made, the rate will change. Please review the quote before you apply.
    To Apply we will need:
    The application filled out online.
    $65 application fee per adult paid
    $325 admin fee paid (nonrefundable)
    You will also need proof of your income, if you do not have paycheck stubs, you can sign an income verification form. They will screen the credit, criminal, income, and rental backgrounds.
    ** You are responsible for your own electric with NV energy.

    These apartments are WAY overpriced.The add-on fees are a Rip Off. The minimun wage in Las Vegas with health benefits is $10.25 an hour/household income needed to live in Las Vegas is $69,000. These apt's shown will take $24,000 up to $30.000 per year of your income. $69,000 minus $30k is $39,000 left minus fed taxes at 10% average equals $35,000 left minus food/health/car payment/insurance etc. You are left with maybe 10k left for retirement saving on the $69k income. Bottom Line-- dont move to Las Vegas if you dont want all your money sucked away due to their low wages/high rents and cost of owning a home.However, most people think they are the exception to the rule and brlieve they will Make It/rich in Vegas...which rarely happens.
    Move to a state with much lower housing costs,no state taxe and plenty of jobs...Las Vegas is not that place anymore!

    I agree with you Caroline about these fees, community electric and community gas fees?? Isn't that what your rent is supposed to pay. Not your fault but I wish these companies would just realize how resentful people feel about these add ons. I would prefer they just include it in the rent. You did forget the garage fees?? Also perhaps when you mention how far the stores and services are you could maybe mention the closest casino?? Love your videos, thank-you.

      Hi, so the garage is free you either get a cover parking spot or a garage. Yes I can add the casinos ☺️ But I definitely agree with these add ons, I run into that a lot

    These apartments have parking for one car per apartment. And there is absolutely no parking for any other cars you have to park out in front and share the public parking lot which is very limited. And most of the businesses have marked spots for their business. That was a NO for me. The apartments were okay not that special but the parking was a deal-breaker for me.

    Do you know if most apartments need more than 2-3 months of Bank Statement for proof of incoming?
