Not gated community but they do have elevators. You have to make 3 x base rent. Located on a busy road with shops, hospitals, banks 215 freeway and much more. Build 2023. Prices change daily so if you like something you see defiantly give them a call or schedule a tour.

I recently moved to Henderson from California and the place I am renting allowed me to skip the 3x monthly income requirements. That's because I was able to prove I had 1 year in total rent in my bank account.
What made you move from ca to vegas? Are you liking it so far
I also recently moved from California, here to Southern Highlands. I was concerned when I realized that the requirement is now 3x the rent. I was in my last place 12.5 years, and it had been 2x the base rent. I barely qualified, but have a high credit score. This helped me immensely.
@@Gypsyrose17 watching her videos helped a lot! I was living in the same house in San Diego for 38 years until it recently sold. Not too many people make the 2.5 - 3x times the rental income per month. As long as you have at least the total amount of your lease you should be ok. Good luck!
@@nsanenthembrane economics. I never wanted to leave California but I had to and Las Vegas(Henderson) seemed to be a good option. So far its been good and still getting used to everything. Hey, California is only a few hour drive🤷♂️🤷♂️

Yes I have done EVORA and vestra uncommon apartments the prices may have change, but I have done them both. I’ll look into Nola sky ☺️

@@77figures yeh I remember the guy said you could with this apartment, I know some other ones are different but with this particular apartment he said if you pay 3 months upfront you can get around the 3x ☺️

What in the world is a "redecoration deposit"? Vegas. Ground zero for fees.
Yeh Vegas is definitely known for fees which is tricky to find some that don’t have, it’s basically a cleaning fee for them to go in and clean and repair the place before you move in. Super annoying but unfortunately they do this
A Jack and Jill bathroom is one bathroom in between two bedrooms. Not a bathroom with two doors to various other rooms.
That’s what they called it so I figured that’s what it was
