lov it very nice the outside area wow.
Nice Video with so much detail. Thank You!
Thank you for watching :)
Great video!!
Thanks for watching!!
no one pointed out the Bugatti using both of theit parking spaces in the beginning.
Some condos come with two parking spaces so people park in both of them so no one tries to park there. But when you have a Bugatti you can do what you want
Incredible! I have a soft spot for Panorama, though 😅
Hahaha same, Pano is #1
Wow great video! You should tour the Vdara next, I was thinking about buying a unit there
Will do! My team just listed a unit there. As an investment they have a very high occupancy rate
Fancy place! Love all those amenities 🔥
The Martin is awesome!
Thanks
Thank you for watching :)
0:59 are we just going to ignore that beautiful Chiron just sitting there?
Sarah! Welcome back! More high rise tours please!
Thanks Lenny! Let me know if you want to see any tower in particular
I want one.
That is a very beautiful high rise! Does this property have charging stations for electric vehicles?
They do, the valet told me it's pretty slow and takes about 10 hours for a full charge, no super chargers
Any idea how the HOA fees have changed over time? $750 a month for the 2/2 sounds just fine, as long as in a few years that hasn't jumped to $1700 for this fix or that.
Not sure if mentioned in the vid but is it STR friendly?
Minimum lease term is 6 months!
are those 2 towers next to it called Turnberry? I'm always confused on the naming of the 3 towers on the other side of the 15.
The two towers next to the Martin are called Panorama Towers, I also have a video on those if you want to see a tour!
@@SBluxury I’ll check it out. Thanks 🙏
You're totally cute Sarah . . So nice to see a bright updated unit in the Martin . . the original kitchens were dark and kinda icky.
Right they did such a great job! It's stunning at sunset when the sun is shining in through the windows
This is where dreams are really made! 💭
What would you say is the best Las Vegas Strip Condo is?
🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼
Thanks for watching 😎
That condo fee is cheap for that amount of amenities. In New York that fee would have been $4000 a month
True! New York and Chicago have much higher hoa fees
NYC has almost 9 million people in the city alone
Las Vegas is cheap to live lol
For sure this is not for Seniors who want to retire living on Social Security income
Where can I buy house in Las Vegas in gated community for 300k ?
Email me how many beds/baths/square footage you need and I can send you some options. Sarah.Bennett@evrealestate.com
Actually, it's right next to a major highway! That would get old quick!
It’s very convenient actually!
What is the security like? Thank you
24 hour security, all doors and elevators can only be accessed with a key fob. All guests must check in at the concierge desk
😂😂😂 who rich ass just got a Bugatti in the garage chillin 💀💰 and lowkey outta all the this might be the one I move to one day
Are you able to advise on rent for the unit?
Fabulous video.
# 9999 X 9999🎉
I suggest this all the time but nobody ever does it. Because it is a dumb idea.
I would like a video where you compare the above sea level height of this unit to the same sea level if you were approaching Mount Charleston. Or what would effectively be the equivalent property when you used a mountain instead of tower to achieve high rise living.
I'm a little confused by your idea. The Las Vegas strip is 2,000 feet above sea level and the Martin's heigh is 483 feet. So, in that high rise you are almost 2500 feet above sea level. I have a video on my channel touring a Mount Charleston home which sits at a little over 7,000 feet of elevation. Mount Charleston is way higher than any of the Strip high rises because they're located in the valley
The properties with the equivalent height would be around the outskirts of the city, so in Summerlin West (homes in the Bristle Vale neighborhood, Mesa ridge, or the Ridges) or over in Henderson (homes in Macdonald Highlands/Ranch). Those homes are at about 2,000-3000 feet of elevation and have a strip view from a distance. I will film a tour of those in the future!
@@SBluxury I've been watching Las Vegas property tours since before the pandemic. I am a fan of the content. I guess I am saying I've seen so much content, including the high rises, than I've learned the scripts. I recognize everything I see that is a new video. And I've never been to Las Vegas. I don't see what is going to disrupt the Las Vegas high rise content and I wondered if that would be an interesting twist. I think Las Vegas high rise videos are getting stale. A better idea, I think after Brickell Cipriani tower finishes is when there will be a disruption in Las Vegas high rise. So, a second suggestion would be to keep an eye on Miami. Do that tower when you get your first chance. Because I bet Cipriani will build in Las Vegas after Brickell.
@@VegascoinVegas Okay I will try to switch things up and film some different properties! Thanks
The 'gorgeous view' is nothing but busy roads and other buildings.
Are there any trees in Vegas?
The Martin’s views are definitely more cityscape. While Las Vegas is mostly desert, there are some trees and more greenery out in the neighborhoods further from the strip like in Summerlin, some areas in Henderson and of course tons of trees in Mount Charleston which is about 45 minutes northwest from the strip
With all of the water restrictions water features and grassy decor have been changed out for desert landscaping options. I have lived in Henderson for nearly 20 years and would walk to the grassy area up the street to feed the wild bunnies. A year ago they ripped out all the beautiful greenery for crappy desert landscaping. Looks horrible. Yet somehow Vegas keeps building more highrises, apt complexes, and luxury communities 🙄
Hopefully this still on the market when crypto run up
