    I really felt that! Thanks. I bought one of these rings, because I could see it would work different muscles than the resistance bands, but I had never seen one used before and am looking up exercises. I love that you talk us through the subtle things like posture, free arm use for balance, and the proper way to release and hold the ring.

    Thanks for showing this upper body excersises with the ring and for the nice, clear instructions - this is really a great workout if a person wants to take a short break from desk work and do something useful for their body :)
