🥑 RECIPE:
1 onion.
1 carrot.
2 stalks of celery.
3 chicken legs.
Fill with water.
Cook until the meat is completely cooked.
1 onion.
Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat.
1 carrot.
Fry over medium heat.
2 garlic.
Fry for another 3-5 minutes.
Take out the prepared vegetables.
The meat is ready.
Add the fried vegetables to the broth.
3 potatoes.
Cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes.
Separate meat from bones.
2 eggs.
A pinch of salt.
Flour 80 gr.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Add the resulting mixture to the soup.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Italian herbs.
Let cook for 5-10 minutes.
Dill.
The soup is ready!
3 slices of bread.
Olive oil.
Salt.
Dried garlic.
Parmesan cheese.
Cook in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes.
Fragrant croutons are ready for the soup!
A delicious family lunch is ready!

This recipe speaks to my practical mind. Quality nutritious ingredients cooked twice to enhance flavors. The bread is unnecessary but if I served bread it would be homemade sour dough crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. I will make this recipe. Thank you.
