Keep up the good work you too my friend and i hope you to consider to start micro-soldering repairs It’s fun and will take your repairs ability to a new level best of luck bro .one to your fans
You came to the right channel
Yoooo I was gonna recommend this channel to you when you said you were learning how to micro solder, wow! 😄
Aaahh Guru Is Here😄
I suggested you this channel in one of ur videos this channel is great if you are new to soldering
This guy is a genius when it comes to fixing people's screw ups 🤣
For repairing larger pads and traces where those pieces are too small, copper tape works wonderfully!
Love to see big boss doing a video now and again about taking things apart
I will be adding a camera on his bench soon.
@@NorthridgeFix that's great
Inspiring, as usual! Manufacturer video for the replacement traces shows laying down a very thin layer of solder mask underneath the new copper. I recommend this approach.
Thanks for sending in the pads. I honestly wanted the pads to be free and flexible, rather then fixed. I'll try solder mask under in a different scenario. I appreciate the suggestion.
i have tried few times on donor boards as practice. Soldermask was to thick and pads drowned :D but it is a good idea if done correctly. Hard to do tho.
@@Dmiliunas try scraping those drowned pads again
You definitely have steady hands. Enjoy watching your work and the way you teach at the same time. Thank you.
Really admire how you can deal with those small ripped pads and traces. Awesome work!
This looks like something that requires lots of soldering experience and a steady hand!
Each time I see your videos I learn something new. Thanks for sharing
I wonder what people think of me while seeing me spend hours watching these repair videos. Boy they just can not understand how satisfying it is to see micro electronics being repaired under the microscope. It is a different world. Thank you NorthridgeFix.
Your skills are amazing. You make it look so easy. I've repair my share or consoles and attempted my first HDMI replacement and didn't go so good. I was very discouraged but decided to go ahead and order a microscope and other tools. Thank you for your videos
I found out that i should i always watch your videos when i am finished with my work. Its so relaxing and chilling to watch you fixing those things.
Very good job, love it. Thank you
Yeah I do the same

2 big bosses in 1 shop. Great repair! With this many missing pads I was expecting a sad ending. Nice work, as usual 👏👌👍✔

That repair requires lots of precision. Great job sir
You dont like to work on more than 3 broken pads, but still smile when its fixed, that you can tell that you love your work! We love it to!
Patience plus working habilities, and the world is yours. As always, great job
Great Job as usual, and what I like most is the obvious joy he feels when it works, each and every repair.... This is someone who adores his job... Keep it up super boss... w enta men Troblous. :-)
Alex just don’t only bring the best tech repair videos but he is an asset to the tech repair industry
Thank you for teaching us every time you make a video
Best channel ever, been fixing devices I threw away, thank you for sharing your knowledge
Can't wait for your store to have the strips.... I really need them , thanks for the great video.
I always love that smile at the end of every fix🤍
I always love when you do that pan back to your workspace, with the comfy chair and mad engineer aesthetic. :)
I picture him as being the repair guy in the film Book of Eli ;)
Awesome repair. Especially with traces so small awesome pad replacements.
This was a pretty cool video. You're VERY good at what you do, and I can tell you take satisfaction in helping people.
I have been using copper tape and a scalpel to do replace traces and pads like this. You've convinced me to get the precut ones to make life easier.
Great microscopic soldering job done professionally 👍
Amazing repair.
Very good work you did sir.
I learnt so much.
Thanks.
You keep getting better and better 👍👍
Master and Big Boss hard at work! 💪 Outstanding job Alex!
Those pads are tiny, good job on fixing the pads and traces and incredible skills getting up and running, fixed a friends ps4 hdmi port today i havn't done any soldering in years but i didnt lift any pads thank god, all working again thanks to videos like this. You guys rock, its far from easy.
I just finished successfully replacing my first nintendo switch usb-c port, that was only possible with the help of this mans videos. Let me tell you, he makes this job look so easy but it is far from it. I'm working with a hakko fx-888 with a good a selection of tips, a cheap hot air station, a cheap digital microscope and a hand held magnifying glass. But I know it would'nt have been any easier if Id been sitting at his bench using his more expensive equipment. Thank you so much for this channel Alex, kindest regards from Australia.
Amazing work, Alex!
Impressive work. The microscope makes these broken pads look easy to work on, but in reality they are truly tiny. I envy your micro soldering skills 👍
Awesome job indeed! I must say everytime I see previous repair attempt the flux cleanup looks terrible but clearly you cleanup the flux residue much better than others 👍
Wonderful repair skills...great work as usual
Beautiful work Alex...magic
Even with the missing and cut down footage, this video shows just how good he is at what he does.
I know from experience, that was a bitch of a repair. Those pad strips showed their worth in this repair as well.
How skillfull yoi are in fixing this item. Great video.
Impressive work, mate!
Glad to see Big Boss in action in this video!
That was so tiny and he made it look like it is just a normal HDMI connector replacement…. Good job!
you my friend are amazing at your job!! you always amaze me with these videos!!!
I just did my first series x the other day after doing hundreds of other consoles (thanks to you lol). This is an absolute nightmare. Great work as always, my guy!
Very satisfying outcome 🔥
Another awesome microscopic repair
I work for a repair shop and I had to do trace work on a Xbox One S. Customer came in with a the hdmi port completely off the motherboard. I had to trace three wires to the hdmi port. I was blown away once I fixed it. It was my first hdmi repair and first trace work repair. Seeing your reaction at 12:40 was very similar to how I felt once I saw the screen light up. I love your videos!
Such patience when replacing those pads!
I think that it was the most difficult job you have, the 3 limits pad makes sense... great video
wow awesome... salute to your patience.
What a job. Unbelievable skill
