I think Buu was a prototype GoD, that went rogue as he grew more evil. It even says that Buu has God ki in the Moro arc. Beerus was either too young to remember Buu, or he wasn't created or born yet. Later, as Beerus grew substantially more powerful, Buu hibernated and Bibidi summoned him only when Beerus slept.
But that means whis would of been responsible for beerus death, cause you know buu was destroying the kais.

Now that might have something to do with multiple timelines, but are there any examples of a universe being erased and its residents not escaping deletion despite being off universe? The only example that comes to mind would be the tournament of power, a competition whose entire purpose is the deletion of universes. So it's not surprising that a team would be erased in addition to their world even while off universe.

I sincerely hope not. I remember thinking buu saga was so cool as a kid with all the fusion and new forms. Go and rewatch it-it is easily, by far, the lowest quality of all the sagas, counting db, dbz, and super. Watch the quality disappear when they start descending the ship fighting dabura and stuff. There's only one problem with this. Buu has existed since the beginning of time, not the beginning of Universe 7. Since Zeno and Grand Priest came before the Universes, probably the angels too, Buu was around before the Universe if it wasn't created at the dawn of time. Maybe he traveled to Universe 7 and stayed there, but because of his dimensional screams, he could just leave whenever he wanted to. Don't forget, Buu has existed FAAAAAAAAR before Beerus, Supreme Kais, Bibiddi, or any of these, even Whis if Whis was created for Universe 7, so his killcount is MUCH higher than Beerus's over that much time. He's been the terror of the Universe or Universes long before any god.

When toriyama said that,DBS wasn't a thing meaning all we had was the U7 Macrocosm.
Meaning that Buu came into existence somehow around the time U7 Was Created.

So moodzi's theory does kinda make sense,besides GP and the Angels there's no one who could've created Buu in U7,and since U6 is U7's "twin" and we still haven't seen a being that resembles Buu this means that Buu was created especially for U7,and the Angel of U7 is Whis as we all know.
Most likely buu is one of the true incarnations of destruction and evil. Assuming bibidi merely summoned him, he could have only summoned a part of buu. The true form of buu may have way more abilities, way stronger, and different appearance wise.

I feel that buu was the first attempt at the God of destruction. As he grew tainted and became more evil, he was mor aggressive and harder to control. That doesn't mean he was too strong, it just means that he was unpredictable. So a different approach was made by cultivating beerus into a God of destruction. The lives of gods of destruction are linked to the kais, so if buu knew that he was going to be replaced, and realized what would happen to him if that were the case, he took it upon himself to kill the Kais, in turn, killing beerus. I think that bibidi and buu teamed up because they had a common goal. Or maybe different goals, but both required the death of the gods. The latter would explain why they didn't quite see eye to eye on how specifically to go about things, which eventually led buu to kill bibidi.
If that were the case, why doesn't Buu know how to use destruction energy?

You're in the ball park but your limiting yourself to the ONE universe that the series tends to focus on. Also keep in mind, just because TIME is considered a "timeless" invention does NOT mean it existed from the START. Thus to give you something to ponder about. Is that BUU came from a DIFFERENT universe in order to PLAY his role in THIS universe. But yes the Angel you have identified is the one who has contributed drastically to BUU's ascension in power and other things.

I love your digging. Allow me to shed some light on the subject. Although Toriyama borrows from multiple lore, religions, and mythologies for his characters, he seems to remain rather consistent for each character individually. When Arale Chan traveled back in time, she also encountered a Majin creature, so Toriyama doesn't just use these creatures for a single manga.
Allow me to explain. The comparisons are pretty obvious. The first episode where Buu is introduced is called "The Djinn Awakens?!" so they aren't trying to be subtle with the Majin/Djinn comparison. Additionally, a possible translation of the Japanese characters for Majin in the Japanese manga can translate into "People of Jinn" or "Jinn people." I'm not going to go on about this because I want you to bear with me for my next explanation.
In the Quran, it states that God created Angels from light, Djinn from a "flame without smoke," and man from dirt/earth. It also claims that God created the angels first, and then it states that God created the djinn before he created man, and that his original plan was for the djinn to serve under man. So keeping this in line with Buu's specific character reference, All that we know about Buu is that he existed since the beginning of time. That checks out with the Quranic explanation as well. So if we were to take this understanding a step further, I would make the claim that the angels in DBS predate the Kai species in any given Universe. I know this is an assumption, but I feel pretty confident in saying that. So perhaps the angels are strictly inspired be far eastern lore, and the Quranic explanation does not apply, and so perhaps the Kai are strictly based on Eastern Kai, and I'm cool with that. But for the Djinn reference, I would argue that Xeno actually created Buu and any other Majin/Djinn existing in any universe. Just because we didn't see any majin in the TOP, doesn't mean that they don't exist in those respective universes. Still, wether they exist there or not, I still feel that the character source material and what we do know about the Majin points to Xeno or the Grand Priest creating Buu.

I appreciate the efforts you're putting into bringing depth to the DB franchise, sadly you are reaching A LOT, Toriyama doesn't just change his mind on things, he literally FORGETS, so he struggles to rebound when he catches his mess ups. It's a simple as that and realistically there is no depth to a story with that structure, or with those circumstances. Keep in mind, Toriyama is NOT a young passionate mind anymore, and no offense, Toyotaro is still at an ametuer level of Manga artist, and he is no story writer as well. Keep in mind I'm a huge DB fan and and have been watching since 1994 RAW in Japan when I was a child. My point is a lot of CZcamsrs focus too much on a "WHAT IF" lore, rather than analyze and breakdown the writers mind. You really wont find the answer with character breakdowns and hypothesis. With all this said, I'm going to say this overall subject, Kid Buu is absolutely not created by Toriyama, It wouldn't be ideal story telling at this point, in my honest opinion.

The fact that such a recon was necessary at all is a bit of a give away. However the reason why whis never stepped in could also be applied to why the kai's didn't take him out. Perhaps there were others of his kind that are gone now and he was trained to be a god of destruction, but something changed him to go on a rampage. After all we saw what happened when kid buu absorbed a kai. What if he absorbed a destruction ki or something that sent him on a rampage. However it could be some other reason that is yet to be explained.
