This is interesting. Could be a way for growth for sure but I just don't know how the saiyans will continue to evolve past ultra instinct/ego. Unless they go back to using numbers like ssj3.
Tbh I always thought they had no value for the Sayian power. I mean honestly if they can use their emotions to fuel their strength then they should be able to reverse the trigger of super sayian. So instead of exploding their power in super sayian maybe they should learn to hold all that in like in the blue state. Idk it would be a cool concept the reason being why Goku could never fully master ssj3 was because he leaked his power too fast which ate up his stamina. And the fix to this flaw in ssj3 would be to hold it all in which would keep his stamina up and master it then go full power ssj3 like black did. Regrow his tail because half his power comes from his tail but I’m sure that if they did it right they could refine the sayian transformation from basics and go even further beyond their limits.

Actually based on the movies and past events in dragonball goku and vegeta actually became .so powerful their growth was so rapid and obscure that even if the premordials were to be awaken goku and vegeta in Thier caliber right now or even after the granolah arc would OBLITERATE those ancient being they wouldn't be able to make a difference now. Let's not bring in the fussions like gogeta and vegito they will be too much for those beings

But to get to my point yes zeno can in fact create he created his omni guards the grand priest.
