But there’s a problem they are two Zenos, which was caused by trunks,cell , and Zamasu traveling back-and-forth in time. Meaning trunk’s universe would be 13, the GT universe probably 14, the movie versions of universe seven would be 15, that’s also the Dragonball z: zenoverse video games and all the other video game versions of Dragon Ball Z.
There’s also dragon quest universe , and the blue dragon universe. Meaning there’s definitely more than just 12 but it seems the angels know more about the multi-verse than gods of destruction and Zeno too. my theory is that the angels are hiding existence of the other universes beyond 12.
