Hi Jared. You’ve probably got the best channel for Beta owners out there. I’ve learned a lot from your videos. I have a new 2023 390 RR (love it so much more than my 2019 500 RRS)
    2 questions:
I notice that the new manual shows the same engine oil in both the engine and transmission. The oil change kit even includes 2 engine oils instead of one of them being transmission oil. Did Beta change that?
Also, the 2023 shifter is about 3/4” closer to the foot peg than the 2019. I’m having a tough time getting my boot under the shifter now. Have you found a good remedy for this? Thanks!

I still use the motul transoil Expert, 10w 40 and 7100. The motul shifts so much nicer. 22 390rrs.170hrs

HI! Could you make a video on how to mount the key block on a 2-stroke beta? I live in Italy and no mechanic in my area knows how to do it. Thanks

Hi, I really appreciate your videos and willingness to share your knowledge, thank you. Would like to know your thoughts on rear shock sag with the Sachs. Some bikes have tricks like ktm PDS bikes work well with an uncommon setting of 110mm. Anything worth noting with Sachs? I have a 23 390 rr. Thanks

Another thing. Coming from the 2019 and getting the fan kit for the 2023, I figured Beta must’ve forgotten to put the radiator sensor in the box. I had to literally compare the electrical schematic btwn the 2019 to 2023 to learn that the fan is now controlled by the ECU as opposed to the radiator sensor. Thanks for pointing this out, Jared.

I have a 2020 RRS 390 with stock fan. I can take the sensor off the radiator and it will still come on? Thanks for helping out a newbie

Hi Shelby. I did another quick comparison of the schematics. From what I can tell it seems the change to ECU controlled vs radiator sensor controlled happened in 2022. You should probably keep using it how it is. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

If anyone interested, then here is the video with 2024 radiator fitment on older models. Main issue is with voltage regulator. It should be relocated anyway.

Hi Jared, great video 👍! Yesterday I noticed on my 23 rr390 that the pipe from the muffler had made contact with the air filter box and burned a hole in it. This must have happened after a crash where the bike was lying on its side for a while. Have you ever seen anything like this?
I'm currently thinking about installing some kind of heat protection plate at the potential contact point.

Hi Jared, Just purchased a 2020 beta 480rr with only 16 hours. I noticed that the transmission does not shift as smooth from 1-2 and 2-3 as my DRZ even after a trans oil change using the Motul Transoil expert 10-40. Is this typical of the Beta bikes or could you recommend any solutions? Thanks

I have a 2020 390rrs with the stock cooling fan. Did you say there’s no need for the built in sensor on the radiator?? It will still come on without it? I’ve tip the bike over and bent that sensor more than once. I would love to eliminate that thing. Thanks J.
All things Beta=3seas. Still the Best
