  • Another one in the series with ‪@Wolkowinski‬ . This one is about the Gada specifically and how to swing it. A little different and more traditional than a mace. But still very similar. Enjoy!

I am running out of superlatives concerning you two masters of the Indian Clubs and Persian Meels. You lads keep swinging and thank you for sharing your knowledge of the Clubs and Meels.

The form looks spot on for both you and Paul. I only wish you were local so I could train with you. One day perhaps

That is Great! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge, Paul. I'm sure that I will come back to this video often once I move up from the heavy club to the mace!

I really appreciate that there's a learned academic to talk about the culture around this mace
it's kind of a shame you're also not in frame while u talk to him, and the audio is kinda hard to hear
this room of his is really cool, I could imagine it in Silent HIll 4 The Room

Another great video Beats! I would be like a kid in a candy store with all those tools that Paul has made (& that's what is not obvious to people watching who don't know Paul, he made everything in that room basically). Interesting conversation about breathing, I like to use biomechanical breathing similar to kettlebell training 👊🏻💪🏻

See you in a few years. Starting with light weights. The heart rates and tendon resilience demanded by the heavier gada look high.

0:12 you bown down and touch it and in your mind it should be like touching Shri HanumanJi's feet and ask for blessing.
