    The tuna salad looks great! I'm for sure going to try it I would probably add fresh lemon or lime juice to bring it all together love finishing my tuna salad off with that. I'm really enjoying these healthy recipes we've been getting

    I love this video I am always trying to figure out what to do with my protein powder I have to use vegan protein because I get super sick from normal and it doesn't taste good at all. All these meals are super helpful and amazing thanks

    NF plain Greek yogurt with cookies and cream protein powder and two Oreo thins crushed up on top 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽 a yummy protein filled snack or “dessert”

    For a sweet treat you can freeze the Greek yogurt mixture with the cereal on top and some dark chocolate shavings and raspberries! Make some chocolate bars!!

    Remember collagen isn’t a complete protein, be sure to have it with a complete protein source to count the 18g towards you daily protein intake.

    Vital collagen isn’t a full amino acid, shouldn’t count it into your protein macros!

    Just a heads up...collagen protein is not a complete protein and not the same as the protein in food/protein powders. It shouldn't be counted the same

    It surprises me that it's still so much talk about "calories" and "fat free" after new studies have shut down the "counting calories theory" and being in calorie deficit. The body needs real fat to burn energy long enough and also to let go of the precious fat it holds on to! And the body needs real protein and real carbohydrates ❤️ Not powders and lots of synthetic ingredients... Just hope for the whole world to realize that and to feel (and see) the difference when the body actually recognizes the food it gets served everyday 😍🤗 Good luck on the health journey! 💕❤
