Oat meal and unsweetened yogurt are my go to's. Add some dark chocolate, nuts, fruits etc. Super easy to make too.

Hey Magnus. I have a question: i lost quite some weight (7 kg - I am now 170cm and 67 kg) but have still some fat around my thights/hips. My boobs lost a lot of volume. Is there anything I can do about it? I would like to lose just 1 or 2 more kilos but I am afraid that my boobs will be gone. Any tips or do I have to accept the nature of my body? Thx
Dont focus on losing weight, focus on a body recomp. There's lots of videos on in. 👍
Lots of chest exercises can help support the muscles to keep your boobs perky. The volume is down to weight gain/loss unfortunately x

which type of pancakes did you use for the protein pancake?
*PROTEIN PANCAKE* - 2:25
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Oats
- 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
- 1 scoop of Protein Powder
- 1 egg
Blend everything, pour the batter on a lightly oiled pan or griddle on medium to high heat, flip once the edges are brown, wait a few minutes for the other side to cook and enjoy!

Love your recipes. I decided to go vegan technically a vegetarian. Do you have any advice on how to maintain a high protein diet without eating protein from an animal source.
He has another quick snack video that's great includes a nice quick bean salad. I have a lot of experience with vegetarian food. There's a great "tuna" salad you can make with sunflower seeds it really yummy.. also so many things you can make with nuts and seeds... then dip in bean dip just some ideas.
Here are some DELICIOUS and NUTRITIONALLY RICH vegetarian protein sources:
- Tofu
- Saitan
- Tempeh
- Edamame
- Lentils
- Beans
- Nutritional Yeast
- Hemp Seeds
- Nuts/Nut Butters
- Chickpeas
These aren't just rich in proteins but also fibers and other micro and macronutrients, on top of being pretty filling!
Alternatively, don't forget *vegan protein powder* also exists! Often from pea protein!
