As a college student looking for good sources of protein that don't come from shakes, this is so helpful. Cannot thank you enough for this info.
Thank you!
bruhhh, I have the same issue, thanks protein shef
If you are really a ginger, you don't even deserve money. You abominable organic soulless robot. Gingers disgust me >.
Idk, I rather the shakes I’m addicted now
Goofy ass probably grew up to be a office worker
It sounds like everything you're saying.. Is a question.
just like californian accent lol
LMAO

Why at the end of the sentence does he always sound like he's about to say something else
Haha true
+Deez nuts lmfao, was thinking about that throughout the video then of course I scroll down and see a comment about it
Canadian? lol
"Up Talking" normally young girls do it, but..?
Hey semoder! I know there is a lot of information out there regarding this however I've had for the majority of the past 10-12 years 2-3 cans of tuna everyday and my mercury levels are fine (I get blood work done around every 6 months).
i dont know where you live but at my safeway everything is x10 more expensive lol
Prices have gone up significantly even since this video posted. If you don't like that please complain to the Fed.
Yeah and ain't no tiny cup of yogurt got 18grams of protein for a dollar 🤡🤡
Then fucking move!!!
Chicks are pretty cheap and if you raise them into hens and you'll have a daily supply of eggs. 1 hen Makes about 1 egg a day
$7 for a can of tuna and $20 for cottage cheese? Where the heck you live?
I found you by suggestion of CZcams, and I love these recipes! I can't wait to try them all. Thank you so much.
2 dollars for 18 egggs, ARE YOU FOR REAL?
In my neck of the woods in California, 18 eggs costs almost $6 thanks in part to new regulations on the housing of chickens.
*****
I'd be willing to bet in Cali, there's more potential to make money and the weather seems worth it so quit bitchin
ibrahim c HAAHA We get 18 eggs for £1! 1 BLOODY POUND!!!!!
+Umayr Ahmed you get crap quality eggs then.
+Umayr Ahmed if you shop at farmfoods yeah. Good quality eggs in England are about £3.50 for 18
Thanks, some really good videos so far. I like it when you don't include protein shakes into the recipes because most people, including myself, already have them daily. It's nice to see a different variety of protein coming from actual food.
You've got one of the best channels I've ever seen! Well done and thank you so much! My favorite recipe is the high protein pancakes I LOVE IT!
Thank you for this video! I have realized why I feel tired all the time and its because my protein intake is low. I just assumed getting carbohydrates would get me through the day, but it makes me feel cruddy after awhile. I am definitely going to work on lowering my carbs and increasing my protein.
I would definitely love to see more of these kinds of videos!
thanks for the advice... KEEP THEM COMING
thanks for the videos man! keep it up
sweet going to try at least one if not all of your recipes keep them coming chef!
I do appreciate the motivation brother!
I'm from Canada everything you mentioned is 3 to 5 times more expensive here
That's a lie. Unless you live in the Arctic. I like in southwestern Ontario and all those prices are spot-on.
where the hell do you get your food?
i feel you toronto sucks lol
you get also lts of money out there
Walmart bruh
I love seeing that Market Basket logo! Showing some love from NH.
Ty great ideas keep them coming!!
Thank you! I'm really struggling hitting my protein and for me it's the most important. The closer I hit that macro every day, the better I feel!
Good info. Concise. Thank you
Quick and ti the point, thank you!
I should have asked you guys to post how much this stuff costs in your country! I always find it really interesting to hear about the price fluctuations
awesome vid man, more like these. a video on meal prep ideas for a weeks worth of food would be good. (sorry if youve already done one on that)
This is really helpful. I knew about sardines and eggs, but it’s great to incorporate cottage cheese and lentils! Thanks!
Ty for the upload!
Thanks for the ideas, keep the videos coming. You're keeping me from losing weight :)

Thank you for confirming what I thought about lentils I like the green ones but the brown ones are just as good I know!
Thanks, some really good videos so far.
Watching this video 10 years later and these are still probably the cheapest sources, very glad to see you have a recipe video for cottage cheese I cannot stand it but since it is one of my best options I'm going to have to learn to like it
I'll do my best! Thank you for all the love
Awesome love your videos keep it up
Why does it always sound like he's asking a question at the end of his sentences?
If you raise your voice at the end of a sentence, it sounds like a question.
Great protein choices Derek. Cottage cheese is awesome and canned chicken and tuna comes in handy also, but I love egg whites.
Good job man you show us a tricks that will help us to change our food and we stay healthy hitting a lot of protine

Hello Derek, my name's Armando and a big fan of you from Central America, you are inspiring.. your videos are such a motivation and please I'd like you to be more specific on how much grams of Greek yogurt are equal to 18g of protein, please help me clearify this to know how many greek yogurts I could need
Exactly i was looknig for. Ty u kind buff sir

Thanks to share all that information....;-)
Really helpful
I never realized how much cheaper they are until I started posting these videos (yes, I need to travel more). Blows my mind!
Thanks for the great video had no idea cottage cheese had that much protein. Will definitely be adding it to my shopping list.
Thank you.
Good choices, these are all much pricier in Canada but still worth it. Nice list.
Great video

your videos are great, im only finding them now.
hope your still working at it, great effort, thankyou.
We're still here! Thank you - welcome to the channel!
Great video! And yay Amigoooo~
Great video bruh
So if I were to consume 1g of protein per bodyweight, and a gram of protein at its cheapest costs ~$0.02, and since I weigh 186 lbs, that means I would have to spend $3.72 every day to get 186 grams of protein. That adds up to $111.60 every month... still pretty expensive for a full time college student.
I was REALLY eager to find out where this guy shops for those prices, then I saw the video's 10 years old. Now I get it.
How does that taste?
Thank you!!!!!
Youre the best!!
Thanks for giving all that information for each protein source!
Hello Derek! Congratulations for this proyect The Protein Chef is awesome ...
Please make a high-protein vegan recipe!
I was enchanted! :D
Thanks EF! I can eat pretty much anything aside from plain cottage cheese
Great tips, like always. Lentils are exceptionally good for you, but they seem sort of difficult to make or what to make with them. Would you be interested in maybe doing a lentil recipe video? That would be awesome.
Mvk18n Lentils and brown rice, lentil soup, lentils with dumplings......
Gold gold gold gooooold. Is what's going through my mind while watching.
