Both Everton and Nottingham Forest have plenty of reason to feel aggrieved as the Premier League have provided yet another update to their new Profit And Sustainability (PSR) rules. Despite continuously deducting Everton and Nottingham Forest off points in the Premier League table, the authorities that be believe the changes they've proposed are for the greater good of the game. It beggars belief that everyone's banging on about Everton and Forest receiving a points deduction but there's little to no scrutiny on the incompetence of the Premier League and PSR (who are the main culprits in this disaster of a situation)
