You are the reason I’m canning and have a pantry started. I am retiring soon so I turned my yard into a garden, learned to can and now have a freeze drier. You’ve taught me I can do it and I should - taking this year to get prepared and more self-sufficient. You channel came at the right time. Thanking the LORD for you always. ❤

Thank you for the reminder that you don’t have to can a lot. I used to can by the dozens but I’m just coming out of chemo treatments and have been feeling down because it has taken me three days to prep and finally can today. In the past couple of years, I have been canning most days in January encouraged by Canuary. It has been bothering me that January is almost over and I have nothing new on my shelves. I have so enjoyed all the collaborators!
You hang in there friend. Your body needs the activity and the nutrients of non gmo. Prayers for you. Survivor here and neighbor as well.

I went through chemo in 2021 and pressure canned a whole bunch of heat and eat meals ahead of time. Do what you can when you feel up to it. Blessings on your recovery ❤️🩹
Just do what you can do at the moment. Your health come first.
Burritos fajitas and mango hot sauce….what a delicious collaboration of Mexican food this Canuary! Once my shoulder heals I’ll be living in the kitchen canning up some different varieties of meals for the shelf. Thanks, Mrs. Lorie! Happy For Jar canning!
