  • On this video I breakdown the right way to do the Kipping Pull Up. The Kipping Pull Up is not a scaling option to the Strict Pull Up, and in fact, should only be taught after mastery of strict strength. The foundation to a Kipping Pull Up will be the arch, hollow, strict pull up and the mechanics to the kip swing [aka: The Beat Swing].
