Confusing how so many fitness influencers talk about most b exercises engage the hip flexors and don’t really tracing your Abs. This moves that my gymnastics coach called, “hip flexors” actually gave me the sickest Ab burn and made my Abs visible.

Great tutorial, is it correct to say that some other programs teach the pop versus a pull?
Thank you. Yes but I find a lot of athletes don’t understand the “pop” cue and rely on the swing too much.

This is a pommel horse drill but it’s just a really fun way to train core and shoulders and strength. I use it often in my training.
Why are you using a bucket?
It’s called bucket circles. A pommel horse gymnastics drill
