Whats Your Pike Flexibility Measurement? Mine was 25cm (3 x 20kg bumper plates)
Dude i have a question. what is your ape factor ratio?
They taught me that stiffness is power and overweight is overpower.
Rippetoe?!
Thank you brother, I usually do this with a weight, something to work up to
Sounds good, both with and without the weight is beneficial
Thank you! I need to improve my hamstring flexibility bad
Little bit daily works well. Do your shoe laces up with straight legs etc
tight as a drum here. lots to work on.
Enjoy the journey, short daily practice and measure the progress
active hang or passive ?? i could do with my mobility increasing
About 23 cm during Jefferson curls, not sure otherwise. Question: I saw a guy in the park today who was doing sets of about 10-20 Stalder presses, similar numbers of HeSPU reps and all sorts of combinations. He would sometimes pause and do middle splits or pancake, but mostly kept at it for about an hour, and then started doing backflips. Would someone like that still do basic calisthenics? Seems like if you can get enough volume doing advanced stuff like that, it doesn't make sense to ever go back to dips and pull-ups. Any opinion? What would Yuval say?
I'm about 19-20cm. I can put my hands flat on the ground and, when standing on my parallettes, can get my entire hand just past my big toe. I can pull myself down a bit more on those.
Awesome!
27cm fully warmed Nd streched
Wow awesome!
Bu I guess my arms help ,not all in more or less ,I seen people who had 23 but were twisted like a broken stick in perfect angle..I can't do that my spine is not that flexible also my hip is lacking, keep up the good work
My pike flexibility is decent, better than most people I see at the gym, but my thoracic spine is a block of concrete. :D
Lots of hanging and foam rolling, mine was the same until I started training handstands
My flexibility is about 20 cm, but this is without warming up and I didn’t find anything suitable in my apartment, only a chair, and I was afraid of falling head down)))))🤣
yeah don't fall on your head!! But 20cm cold is great!
