Could you make a video on how to get up into a handstand on a high p bar and how to safely bail out?"
Im also super interested
This one shows how bail from height but I will film more soon czcams.com/video/KE1z_SKTJyo/video.htmlsi=SV5yAkSx4jMXDS7L
My first things to attempt on p bars were L sits, "impossible" dips and tuck planche. Love the content 👍
If you lose balance up high you could end up seriously injured.
Don’t attempt a HSPU unless you are very confident that you’ll hit it.
Good one, Paul.
Yes, Safety First! Paul has good videos on how to learn to stand on hands, on handrails, which are at an altitude of about 20 cm, I think, if I learn to do it confidently, then I will climb on high bars.))))
Спасибо
Great video brother very informative I myself have never trained at the park you gave inspiration and ideas for my training
Awesome
Thank you, Paul! I have good bars in the yard, I will add some of your exercises to my training. But some exercises seem so complicated to me that I can try them on bars at an altitude of 30 cm and with a soft coating below.)))
Yes stay safe and progress slowly 🙃
Realmente muy bueno este video
Hey paul i have the bad habits of walking instead of bailing on handstands (i walk to land in underbwlwnce, i cant continue the hs walking) and simply doing some goofy stuff to get out of parallette handstand like simply swinging my body to a side whcih feels very inconsistent. Could u do a vid on learning to bail (im also scared) or explain in reply
almost snapped some shit up.
"Don't start with handstands!"
People who can't even stand up straight: 👁👄👁
Nice tutorial by the way! You should also comment Pull exercises like Body Rows, Front Lever Tuck hold or Bicep's Curls on Pbars.
I say it because you can use a lot of types of movements in there, not only Pushing or holds.
