Spring scales are less accurate. Try and weigh with the same scale every time. Clothes usually add 2-3 lbs and it's normal to fluctuate ~5lbs throughout the day. Don't be discouraged. Nice moves, keep it up, proud of you

FASTING ... You have to fast guys. Go look up Cole Robinson-- he's the king of fasting it absolutely gets results. I fasted for 6 days and lost 3lbs per day. Well over 20lbs loss in less than a week. It works so well and you feel amazing.

Ethan, you have to report the morning weight where you control all your variables:
1. Naked
2. After pooping
3. No food or water.
Your body weight can change a lot throughout the day (up to 8 pounds). Please keep it up.

Yeah that's what I'm doing because I don't wanna go out and buy scales 😂 I've lost four inches off my hips in two weeks (not keto, just drinking enough water and eating healthy, trying to work out a bit each day) but I doubt the scale would really reflect that drastic a shift.

Someone needs to tell Hila to stay away from seeing Whitney Cummings dermatologist. He's probably very good but his focus is on the Hollywood elite who have a lot of value in the appearance not to mention grossly inflated vanity.
She needs to drive 40 miles away and see a dermatologist that deals with normal people who will give her the advice she needs which will probably be go easy on the soap and maybe use a cleansing mask once a month.
All she needs is moisturizer, sunscreen and maybe retinol for anti aging since she already has fine lines and her main concern is anti-aging and not ance.

@@fuj1whori Well Ember I have been watching H3 for along time and I am a fan of both Hila and Ethan i've supported teddyfresh and there other ventures for awhile. I am not some white nationalist spouting hate....I am saying like when it comes to Thanksgiving every episode its just Hila shitting on Thanksgiving traditional food saying she doesnt understand it. Same with with Christmas and any other day centered around the feast. If you watch they willl always come defend Hila well shes from another country so she doesnt understand it and at this point I dont think she wants to understand it shes been in the states for over a decade. She doesnt say she doesnt like meat she doesnt understand it and and then they will loop back that thinking to her life in Israel I can make a 20 minute super cut of this exact thing happening not just about food.

My dad started keto when covid started getting bad in the uk because hes over 50 and was worried about his health. He genuinely lost weight and was looking healthy. He would eat 3 meals a day and if he wanted a small snack he'd have nuts or some salad. We were all super proud of him. For those of you talking about AB not participating, I imagine it was a mutual decision among the team for him to stay out of the spotlight for a while. Give it a week or so and I’m guessing he will gradually start popping back up again. Time heals all wounds, I think they’re just waiting for it all to blow over.
