how many times I told you you're the best Blender teacher out there?
Great video, Grant!
Thanks to this, I finally tackled my first sculpt.
13:15 though, "remember to explain the controls at the beginning of sculpting", little voice memo left in, nice to know we all do it!
Weird I missed that 😀 still forgot to put them in
Thank you so much for making this. It really means a lot to me you made this tutorial. You made a grown man tear up with gratitude. Thanks for being a outstanding human.
Awesome! I'd love to see how you retopo or decimate this into low poly in a fast and efficient way :D
Sometimes I just put your videos on because your voice is relaxing. Youre like the Bob Ross of 3D.
Just when I wanted to start sculpting. Really helped me a lot. Keep making more on the Sculpting please;)
My skill is getting better and better every single day thanks to you! Thank you so much 🙇🏻♂️🙏🏻
I love these sculpt videos. Keep them coming :)
Learn a lot from Grant. Excellent tutorials
Thank you so much for this one! It was a lot of fun too!
very watchable and informative as always
Thanks for showing this very helpful tutorial and happy blendering with Blender 3d
Thank you Grant!
Progressing on my Blender skills thanks to these videos!
How are you doing now
Great Sir !! Loved it....
Thanks a Lot 😊💓
A star wars character please!! You are the best teacher, sir. You would obviously want your students to try stuff themselves... But as you are the best teacher in blender, I am requesting you to make that. Please sir.
Another wonderful tutorial. Thanq Grant. I think I can have 3D print.
I'm done sculpting the character from your udemy course. Enjoyed every bit of the 13 hours.
Next course a beautiful low poly like polygon runway. With commentary. CZcams or Udemy anything!. Thanks mate!
Maybe 😀
You are just so amazing at Blender... You're just too underrated... You should try uploading some of your tutorials on skillshare or udemy
Grant Abbot has become a nature lover..!!!
Note that how good your constant detail resolution is depends on the scale of the mesh; you'll want to use a lower one if you want to work on a spaceship at real sizes or some such. I think the units of constant detail are "vertices per world meter / whole blender unit", and it only takes world space into consideration, object scale doesn't change the results.
thanks man you are awesome ,✌️your videos are really noob friendly (beginer to intermediate
Another great tutorial. I'm thinking of putting all these clay animals into a scene together. Of course will need to either retopo or decimate them or my poor computer will have a meltdown 🥵💥🤣
It looks like a cute pig :) In a good way
Nice tutorial! Please make a tutorial on re-topology and how to mark uv seams.
See my playlist on UV mapping
I'm so used to just clicking on your videos, i didn't even relise it's only 6 minutes old
Superb
cool!
Thank youuuuu

Great video! May I ask what you are using to get your mouse and keyboard shortcuts in the lower right corner?
Jayanam
aH. These are my favorite. Please do a turtle.
Great video!
Is using dyntopo with constant detail same as using vortex remesh?
no its fairly different really.
I really need to practice more.
Pls help me to sculpt a layered rock, like the one in the quexels stilyzed environment video
It took me about a year to learn ZBrush well enough to be unencumbered with the tool to just DO what I want. How would you compare Blender's sculpting tools to ZBrush, for this very specific purpose, because now with my current bent, I'm doing mostly hard surface modeling, and all I need the scultping tools to do is add details, and break the perfect lines of CGI, to bake out normals, displacements, AO, and height maps if I can't do displacements. Stuff like decalmachine, or meshmachine plugs give surface details, but I need to make the stuff seem more real or used, and that's what I use ZBrush for mostly atm. Ian Herbert has the same requirement, he sees it too. He just does stuff at hyperspeed, I don't, I'm retired, and the Machinima I'm working on is for the love of it, I know I'll never be paid for it, and Idc. I want to make stuff I'd enjoy watching, and I'm done waiting for that to happen after the last 20 years.
Are the sculpting tools in Blender sufficient to get this accomplished without any hacks? I have simple bake, xNormals, and of course ZBrush's multimap exporter. I'm not a person that cares about using Blender only, only tools that I can accomplish my Art (say like ACK' TING! if you were a Shakespearean actor), with parsimony, the least amount of effort, and greatest efficiency. Thank you for any direction, and/or tuts in the future addressing the issue.
For a hobbyist I would say blender has everything you need for sculpting. Z brush it's meant to be better though
Can you help me please every time i enter edit mode there are no verrexes i cant see wich face i am editing becazse it doesnt turn in to orange pls somebody help
A question about the creating outline with vertices at the beginning: Is this process an ordinary application or your trick? Merging the vertices of the plane does not seem very formal
Just seemed the best way
💐💐💐👍👍👍👍🎊🎊🎊🎊
ooooh, me here first
Amazing. Why CTRL+J and not Bool tools? What diference? thx.
Boolean is slightly more complicated and glitchy
@@grabbitt Thanks
Can I ask you, what software are you using for capturing screen?
No idea, tho, good software to do so is OBS.
Obs
@@grabbitt , @Penis Music Thank you.
Hi, how do you get the overlay nodes though?
Mix rgb
@@grabbitt thanks!
From where can i get reference images
Description. Or screens shot👍
Make a star wars character please
I love this.can u paint this.can we animate 😳
While applying re mesh, the mirrored legs vanished and the object no more symmetry.
not sure why that would be maybe get rid of any modifiers and apply the scale and rotation
thank you for your reply.... As soon i posted the question i realize that after using mirror modifier i forget to click on apply, its done..
Using your taught methods i had sculpted 3 animals and have some questions, how can i contact you? fb/ twitter......... and also i want to show you my sculpts.
@@sanatanarya7508 you can find my email on my website 👍
