I would very much like to see a retopology as well as texturing tutorial. I did like this new format it works well with sculpting because your still clearly stating what you are doing but its also easy to see and doesnt require knowing a buncb of shortcut keys unlike something like building a scene or something

I really like what you've done here and will definitely be giving this a go - although what took you 45 minutes will take me a week surely.
As for video style - I like the slower style always, but having said that, I think you have got the balance here just right (but I'll know better when I begin following along a little later).

Never have I seen someone use the Draw brush this much, truly under-rated. In regards to this style or follow along. I'd say a bit of both. Personally I am not going to make a dragon but the gnome is something that I definitely did, but still learned a lot from this video too. So I would say a bit of both would be ideal.

I don't think a step-by-step would work on something complex like this. It's more a case of using some artistic style and creativity to create the "right" or rather "intended" shapes/creatures/characters. But I do really enjoy you showing us your workflow and how you go from basic shape to an impressive dragon.

I would say there are some structural problems anatomically wise that makes it look a little.. odd? Like how the lower end of the skull, the throat area should connect to the neck and stuff like that. As well as more structure to the lower jaw. Other than that this looks great!

One thing no one ever seems to mention with multires modifiers: Be careful if you intend to use shape keys with your model; multires modifiers do NOT work with shape keys. If you intend to use your model for animating or posing and you want to use shape keys, and you do any sculpting on your multires modifier, make sure you apply multires and retopologize first!
