    Your channel is the only one that has consistently made me exercise!! I feel such a difference in my body I feel so much stronger now!!! I wouldn’t have been able to do half the things in this video just a month ago, but I managed to do all the exercises today!! Thank you so much!! ❤❤❤❤

    I didn't do pilates for about a week, unacceptable 😂 I forgot how great it makes me feel. Now, I will require myself to do your classes 3 times a week! I love the strength and flexibility I get at the same time❤❤
