Burley was never a legend at any team so he can’t be a fan of them because he doesn’t feel attached to them. Unlike Steve nicol who was a legend at Liverpool.

Actually wrong. Wales, Scotland and Ireland speak English, but they pronounce some words very differently. Alot of Welsh for example pronounce Hear like the word Year, as in ' I yeard that'.
Of course pundits have teams they support. Does Burley ever listen to the words out of his mouth. He just makes it up as he goes.

Wow! English pundit being Biased towards England!. Have you ever seen Sky Sports?. They treat Scotland and Wales completely different to anything English. Almost like Sky is an English sports service and the Scots and Welsh are Not Even seen as British, even though they employ Scottish and Welsh people.
The features on Sky are...England cricket, to England football, to England rugby, to England netball, to England Squash, etc. You get the point. Wales and Scotland will get a mention every now and then, maybe twice week.
