@@Thoughtful8 you might be new to the sport, but in BJJ, steroids are LEGAL. Gordon Ryan is known for using roids and it causes you to look really old. The reason he started dying his hair white is because of how old he looks now so he's embracing it and making himself look like zeus.
Such a relatable guy. I always hop in my Porsche in the morning and race on down to my daily stem cell injection. Shame he didn’t film the other injections.

Gordon is so much better than everybody there. I wonder how he's able to really test his ability and grow, if he's just beating everybody all the time.
He’s also so much better than the people he competes against so does he ever get “tested”
Nicky Rod gave him some tough pretty times but Gordon can still manage to win. We will get to see if Nicky Rod will lose to Gordon 3 times in a row or he will get his revenge soon, can't wait.

@@jaykwonzzzexactly. The popping and cracking doesn’t mean it’s broken. I’m sure it hurt like a mf and was swollen for sometime but he didn’t break or fracture anything. Those bones are so small in the foot and so far from the heart that you almost always need surgery/cast for it to heal.
