Ref’s haircut, just a leetle bit distracting. Cannot unsee.
People associated with BJJ are either stand-out people or fuckin weirdos.
It’s like a little tiny hair hat lol
business in the front, absolute atrocity in the back
More entertaining than the match. Would like to see more. My new fave ref.
yuh
Love watching Gordon. His technique is so good and makes it look so easy and effortless. Best in the world
Your brothers fighting Gilbert Burns in Miami
His technique is actually quite poor, which makes it all the more amazing that he wins basically every time.
@@elmoblatch9787 um.... what lmao
@@elmoblatch9787 His technique is literally so advanced even the average brown belt can't break it down or catch some of the things he does, because every single movement has purpose, nothing wasted.
@@elmoblatch9787 okay Felipe we know it’s you
It's a pleasure watching Gordon perform.
It's equivalent to watching Jordan in his prime, which I did, as well.
U sir are high on some other studf
Well I watched you in your prime and it was great too Brian don't count yourself out you are a legend too 👍🏽
Jordan not on roids though
@@jerrygraves6531 That literally has NOTHING to do with anything. Lol
The entire sport of jujitsu is juicing with the exception of maybe the Ruotolo brothers.
@@E-Z-kj2ji Thanks, step son.
I'm not familiar with this sport. However, I am amazed by how patiently Ryan moves. He slowly progresses from move to move. It's like watching a snake constrict a deer.
ref is rocking the freshest haircut of 1945
Gordon has a style that is absolutely technic. I watched this match so impressed with his calm and with the soberly and conscience he has lead the fight to the submission. It was nothing more than amazing.
GR has figured out the human movement, and how to play chess with monsters, I just wish someone would come up against him with some explosive energy, to test that quiet, flowing river of death he's created. That being said, it's still amazing to watch him control strong humans ^^
@@southtxguitarist8926 yeah nicky rod hasn't been training long and he nearly beat him, 'broke' his foot too
@@southtxguitarist8926 yeah but the ebi rules got him there. and it WASNT a success technically. could NRod get to gordons back udner any other circumstances?
@@s51fish Exactly, people forget the back take was handed to him
Quiet flowing river of death is exactly what it is, great analogy
@@blaneu people forget that Nrod's back was given to Gordon as well, and he didn't get close to a submission
Never wouldve known that was gordon in the thumbnail without that big ass arrow thank you Flo
I always wanted to be the guy who worked his ass off to get to ADCC and in the first match, land Gordon Ryan....that's make me beat my head against the nearest brick wall.
Yea it’s pretty depressing when you put it like that
Actually, in an interview he told he wanted to face Gordon Ryan.
The guy has a masters degree and works full time to run his own company. Crazy achievement to even qualify for adcc against full time athletes.
@@EfeFx wow that’s amazing
My God is the play by play so good on this one. Following along as a layman with meager experience is made so entertaining!
It's crazy it's like I'm watching someone explaining how to do a submission, makes it look so easy.
Jiu-jitsu Perfeito!!! Limpo!!👏👏
An anaconda slowly constricting its prey. No rush, no wasted movements, just degrees of progress, some imperceptible but progress all the same. Inevitability never looked so smooth.
Gordon is just so smooth.
Thumbnail had me wondering if Gordon cloned himself just to have some competition. ;)
Its just awesome to watch him. He is not powering anything he is so technically. Beyond impressive
This is my first time watching a BJJ match. Did bro really just get choked out with one arm? Didn’t know that was possible.
He knew he lost from points and eventually was going to get choked with his arm that deep under the neck
You definitly can choke with one arm, but even if you're not strong enough to do that, that arm is so deep no hand fighting is pulling it out, he's gonna get that second arm in soon enough
@@NoNo-bd5xm That’s awesome
It’s the technique that danaher uses, and teaches his students (Ryan) you hug the shoulder walking your way across the chin to get under it, highly effective and you can get it real tight!
Amazing sport !
Ryan is overwhelming !!
Clean win
Essa luta é uma aula de controle nas costas. Pqp 🤯
Wow! Just Wow!
Ryan makes his opponents look useless as if they're not trying, but the opponent is defending several things at once, it's like playing chess with someone who's making two moves at a time. If you pay too much attention to what he's doing with your arm you will fail to defend what he's doing with your neck and if you give all your attention to defending your neck he will be trapping a limb and tying you up like a pretzel !
What a beast!
love that armdrag off the other side at the start, lovely stuff
Gordon is simply on another level. Everyone else is a far second place
This was a trials winner, chill
nicky just broke his foot in the last match he had
@@kevinb123b so what you’re saying is that Gordon won even with a broken foot? Lol
Niky lost second Gordon's foot is already hung he doesn't even care anymore
@@LOLLYPOPPE I didn't say he lost, Gordon won the match. It's just funny to claim he's leagues above everyone when his last match he won by overtime ride time and got his foot broken. Last I checked most people don't think getting your foot broken and winning via overtime ride time with no meaningful submission attempts is a dominant win. Other than that match yeah I agree he's generally a lot better than everyone.
There's a reason Gordon has been on social media spazzing out after that match saying he's going to sleep on floors, because he knows he got hurt in that match and didn't make it look easy.
Very interesting one arm choke which appeared to apply pressure to the neck leveraging off Heikki's shoulder.
Unreal Back Control
someone lock that ref up for that haircut XD XD
😂
Is this typical flograppling video quality?
Audio and vid quality are known to fk up, should be improving alot with ufc stepping in
Insane
Totally dominated.
Bro, this ref's hair. Why?
great commentry
Goat 🤝
That was like watching a python catch its prey, all over, everywhere, all the time.Awesome
Is it just me or did Gordon look like he was thinking about what he wanted for dinner or something during this match? How do you roll with a guy like that so effortlessly!?!?!
This aspect of bjj always made me laugh that they just straight up lay down after starting the fight.
Agreed. Imo it should be a point deduction or similar if the guy goes to the ground alone. If it happens after trying to pull someone down etc that's different.
Especially annoying is when these guys get into MMA fight and spend the entire match on their ass.
One arm that’s insanec
GR fighting you don't need to put on slow motion because do way he fights is so elegant and easy to see, that make think how easy is grappling 😮😮.. I don't think there is someone who could beating him..maybe John Jones?
The back control is insane, and he is heavy on his opponents. Wear your ass out control. Just the fact that you have to carry him on your back and chest for that long, he cooks the guys . Then goes for the kill.
The kingggg
If Gordon Ryan is on ur back ..
ITS GAME. SET. MATCH!!!!!
RYAN IS SO AMAZING.
Heikki Jussila Proud finn :) there.
beautiful just elegant
At 5:55 why didn’t jussila try to stop Ryan from isolating his right arm?
Идеально💯✨
❤
Amazing for his age
Big Gordo is smooth
Why did he tap out? was it the choke?
this ref has the greatest haircut of all time.
At least he can say if he won his first match he would of won the tournament
*would have
🙏🏽💯👑
It's like watching UFC, but without the violence.
Training by day, Joe Rogan Podcast by night.... all day!
Just think of how fit you need to be to make it look that easy. Versus a very big opponent as well.
Gordon’s technique is so fundamentally sound. His pace separates him.
How helpless his opponents must feel
Was that a one handed RNC?
Do the videos only show when Gorden Ryan wins?
All I do is win
have no idea what's going on, are they fighting, wrestling? so slow and gentle :D
Real fight😂😂😂you ho down, you died
The video quality is so low I thought this was a bootleg phone screen capture.
Gordon "the king" should go UFC, but wait....USDA THE TRUE KING JEFF IS THERE. 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
5:52, Jussila just gives up his arm. that was really strange. there is literally no reason his arm should be down by his side like that. Then doesn't even attempt to defend the choke. wow. did he just give up?
looked like he moved his arm to try to fight off the body triangle, and then got caught. yeah he cant fight the choke when both arms are trapped lol
it was an attempt to brush off the hook or prevent the body triangle - sort of how dustin managed to pull it of vs chandler. It's a gross miscalcuslation considering the arm trap back attack system had been in Gordon's bag for years by now
It's always funny to me how random internet people think they know better than high level grapplers. I don't either, but neither do you
Gordon is the best hands down
And you are terrible so keep your hands down. Hater!
Ref's hair style is
You can't beat the juice if you are not on the juice as well.
I wonder if Craig had explosively just cranked down and not been sporting about it, would he have broken it?
Fucking guy is young as hell
Sem Kimono, até eu
Se laskou o tongo 👊
Gordon is 👍🏻
Who is Gordon Ryan? Thats KING RYAN
Yo I'm like bruuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh forill doh yahmean hommy baleedat
What did he say at 0:19 seconds? 😂
Oss
looks like blue vs black belt
Give Gordon a year of practice with striking and let’s see what he can do in the UFC!
Get slept
Roids don't get a pass in UFC
@@jerrygraves6531 they still do em buddy lol just cuz they don’t get caught doesn’t mean they don’t do them😂
@@jerrygraves6531damn u r clueless
I got USADA by Armbar.
Dude wouldn't even pass the prelims.
The referee has Ronald 9 haircut
Palpitant.
Gordon "Proud to do Roids" Ryan
That's not sweat it's the juice
Gordon, Without bombs you are nothing
That refs hair is fucking nuts.
Gordon is definitely a beast and yeah I wish I could unsee the refs haircut
Anyone gonna tell the ref they missed a spot on the top of his head?
His kryptonite is Felipe Pena.... for sure
People's lies but numbers don't... period
can we talk about the refs hair?
Lol
Everyone who talks shit on Gordon has no leg to stand on or no real point lol dude is 57-0…. You can’t argue with the facts he’s just unmatched lol
Why are you trying to start an argument that literally no one was making? 💀
The only time I see people talking sht about Gordon is because apparently he's a bit of a douche personality wise. But no one doubts his ability.
He ain't 57-0.
@@cultofscriabin9547 I think he meant Gordon's 50-something match winning streak. But yeah at least 5 losses before that.
00:58 is the starting winning point.
it was a pleasure to watch the refs hairline. that was imressive
Who wins Khamzat or Gordon? 10 minute match
ADCC rules? Gordon.
Khamzat in any promotion/ruleset besides BJJ
Khamzat in: MMA, wrestling, football, swimming, ping-pong, marathon, dancing, chess, etc.
Gordon in: jiu-jitsu, and emmm........ ? 🤔
@@kallepikku4991 I think Gordon would also win under competition sambo rules.
Imagine getting spit roasted by these two
Crap in the end the loser looked in the wrong direction. Roll would have gotten tapped, but could have given a better fight
Do u guys think Gordon’s game could translate to MMA? I’m interested in seeing him take a fight. I just wonder if his DOMINANT jiu-jitsu could nullify someone striking as well. Even if he only had 6 months of striking training or something like that.
His opponent gives him too much respect in the beginning, approaching him so cautiously it's almost ridiculous, you can tell they lost before even starting
Your jiu jitsu takes are bad and you should feel bad
Cant he go to the UFC?
He'd get smashed.
