- In this video I teach you how to prepare for a successful hike. A successful hike is not only a safe hike but it's also enjoyable.
In this video I talk about:
- liquids: Not only water but I was so electrolytes sugar and sodium. I also talk about junk drinks and how to incorporate them if they are your favorite.
- food: Carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. I'll give you suggestions as well as comparisons. I also talk about fruits and vegetables, these are not mandatory but some people like them.
- complex meals: I go over dehydrated foods sandwiches and granola bars
- how can you learn more? Talk to hunters and hikers. I tell you how.
