IT's Been four month nd i can see the major changes in calmness , the panic attack has reduced to great extend , better sleep and fressness increased and life seems bit clear now thnk u guruji
I had a headache...but seriously I surprised...after doing that interestingly while watching this video.. my headache like 70% gone. Seriously just doing it first time i felt the magical result. I want everyone to do this ..this science is magical
