    This is an amazing exercise I have been suffering from brain fog issues because of which my memory and concentration was so poor. My work and personal life were affected because of this. I did this for 2 weeks and it has changed my life, I am so grateful to you! Thank you again!

    IT's Been four month nd i can see the major changes in calmness , the panic attack has reduced to great extend , better sleep and fressness increased and life seems bit clear now thnk u guruji

    I had a headache...but seriously I surprised...after doing that interestingly while watching this video.. my headache like 70% gone. Seriously just doing it first time i felt the magical result. I want everyone to do this ..this science is magical
