***Fact , Freddie's vocals were so powerful in this song that I had a hard time adjusting the audio, without making it sound so loud*** thats how powerful it is that even software can't adapt to his voice! Lol
Everyone raves about Freddie Mercury's astounding voice and magnetic frontman skills (which of course are iconic) in most comments but he was a wonderful musician, songwriter and composer even more importantly! A unique and distinctive and creative talent in all areas!
He is indeed talented and sadly he passed away. I swear to God that it was those who are so talented and brilliant are always the ones that leave us so soon 😔
This was the demo sent to Cabelle, and it is/became their Ensueno duet (where Freddie sings in baritone, which is actually his normal voice although he rarely used it in singing).

Yes, this was a demo. The finished version is called Ensueño, that's where he actually sings in his baritone voice - it's actually a mistake/misquote when they say that about the Barcelona song, as it does not really apply to that song, it applies to some parts of the Barcelona album. In the Barcelona song, he actually goes up to a tenor high C (C5) in chest voice(!), so that really was not baritone-like :D Ensueño is, though. Montserrat asked him to sing baritone, it's true, the part that they get wrong is that Freddie said "but they won't recognize me if I do that" :D So he only does it for some songs/parts of songs.
