Hank Hill Buys Crack! | King of the hill ( Season 2 Episode 5 )
Citizens' arrest is a real thing. Depending on the state, county, etc, as long as only reasonable force is used, a citizen can detain an active criminal until the police arrive.
@user-ye4bu6xh4c Stand behind this statement as well. Advise people get acquainted with their state's laws before attempting something so risky; it can turn into sticky business.
@@lalaaudioasically I heard it is only allowed to basically tell someone to stay where they are... but that touching them isnt like authroized its just a verbal statement basically so yeah lmao.. but it is kind of amusing to imagine how effective that would be XD as they likely imo would.. proooobbably not like... just willingly stand waiting to be punished by being arrested so yeah... but.. meh nothing exactly to lose pretty much so it maybe not so futile to at least try..
@@bsanchez3563 Well that is by no means universal. Depends on the state, and oftentimes the severity of the crime.
They have to commit a felony. You have to be sure it's an arestable offense or you'll get wrongful arrest, false imprisonment or even kidnapping charges if you unlawfully try to transport your Prisoner to a jail.
I always think of The Andy Griffith Show when I hear about citizens' arrest. Barney gets it right after he explains it to somebody, and then pulls an illegal u-turn.
"CITIZENS' ARREST! CITIZENS' ARREST!"
😆😆😆
The judge in this episode is based on a real judge who was known for sentencing people to do weird things. He was able to do it legally because it counted as community service. I think he was from Tennessee. He sentenced a guy who stole CDs to stand outside the store he stole them from with a sign saying what he did. He also sentenced a woman who shoplifted to wear a T shirt every day for a year that said what she did. I forget what they did to make sure she wore the shirt and people saw it, but they did that somehow. I think she had to wear it around in the store that she stole from.
That Judge Is based out of Ohio not Tennessee
@@ogriot313 There might have been more than one.
Spending 90 days living in a truck sounds way better than being in prison!
I agree, and I also feel like that the judge made the right call
11:56 this video cut off a crucial detail. When Hank drove away, the camera panned away to reveal the real Jack selling bait.
Exactly
2:48 yeah it's a real thing, there's been lots of cases where a citisen holds a criminal down, unti the police arrive. Yeah, at least in my state, if someone breaks the Law here, a capable citisen *can* restrain them. As long as the citisen gets OUT of the way once the officers are on site. Man, do I have stories!
thats it im goin fishin!
90% what i like about fishing is drinking beer and being left alone.
Maybe Ray kind of wanted Hank to be there while he was pouring the gas so the smell would get in his clothes so there could be some evidence pointing to Hank doing the arson.
Funny thing is, studies have shown that fish don't even like worms. Bread balls however, might as well be crack as far as the fish are concerned. 😅
That rap beat might be cartoony & public domain type beat…but I do Bob my head to it XD
That is some of the cheapest crack ever
What you missed that was cut was Hank mistaking the dealer as Jack.
Jack had a truck and sold from the back of the truck in the same neighborhood. Jack was late.....
i love how even tho they wusnt usin it, they still moved like dopefeinds.
@19:54 I think that means that if you were to appear in his court, he'd likely not believe your story. That goes for like half of my family too, lmao.
Also did Nancy really bring John Redcorn with her to Dale's criminal trial?
Already subbed because of Boondocks but thinking I'll join just because I haven't seen anyone react more to KOTH than u. Preciate it because ppl I know sleep on it.
Damn right, king of the hill is solid I can’t lie. It’s funny. It go lessons in it and it’s entertaining. Thanks for subscribing my bro
That lil bass is a crack baby LOL
Mega-lo mart is a spoof of wal-mart
The hair cut thing is just the judge saying hank looks like he has his sh.t together.
11:29
You gotta admit, that's a damn good deal for 20 bucks.
lets effin go more king of the hill quizzy done blessed us again 😎
did i miss one of your 'rays gone trout of his mind' sales
Dale's ignorance shows through again. He's thinking of "assume" because it's "ass-u-me"
18:00 I mean, I seen people selling bait on the sidewalk from the trunk of their cars or trucks. 🤷♂
hank got alot uh crack for $20
@paulohernanndizz3506 that makes sense jack!
Always loved this episode.
citizens arrest is real lol....idk the rules of it though....probably have to witness a person doing a crime for it to be a legit citizen arrest
WoOo0oo!!! We are getting spoiled with some prime content 🙏❤😂
I've been waiting for this episode for so long. Yo Quizzy, you should totally do the episode of American Dad where Stan buys crack next. It might even be Wilder than this one honestly.
huh....freshness jars
2:30 I find it quite refreshing myself. There are even videos here on CZcams that give music for it.
One of my favorite episodes of KOTH
Yes citizens arrest is real I at least arrested almost 10 people made my neighborhood safe and feared for criminals
they're playing rap because it's crack
it'd be reggae if it was weed or banjos if it was meth
If i wanted to fish to catch id work on a boat. Fishing is my therapy. Nothing matters when im near water.
He got the straight drop
Next to Season 4, Episode 9 probably my favorite episode can’t wait for that react to come up
Lol my favorite episode! Just cracks me up
he didnt hide any drugs in my spark plugs!!!
One of my favorite episodes
7:20 In a later episode, Boomhaur's speech gets him locked up in a mental asylum.
Idk if you all noticed but big boss man my paused his video to take care of his crying kiddos
In Texas yup
Nancy does experience guilt over her actions.
What's funny is I had a very white friend way, way back who always listened to exclusively 90s grunge; then he started selling weed and suddenly he was only listening to Bone Thugs & Harmony and NWA :p
Dale was wrong. It's not when you lie, it's when you assume that you make an ass out of you and me. (ASS U ME)
Yeah...citizen's arrests are a real thing. There are two pieces of criteria that first have to be met though. Number one: you have to be an eyewitness to the crime in which the criminal took part, and number two: you better be tougher than or at least have more heart than the guy you're trying to keep ahold of. Making a citizen's arrest doesn't give you the same protection as the police have, so your criminal...in an effort to escape...will probably attempt to do all the things to you that he wont be able to do to the police once they get there.
for people who know what boomhauer does, you see why he was suspicious about the crack rocks
keep your legs below your waist for gods sake!
I wonder if you can fish with crack? Like would that shit actually work?
10:39 Ever Google: rap lyrics and drug dealing? The results are endless. Let’s not sit here and believe that drug dealing is not part of the rap industry. Many rappers started as drug dealers and eventually became rappers.
introspective meditation ✨
Citizen arrest is a real thing. Just make sure to call the cops and you are in the clear. You cant apprehend someone without calling the cops thats kidnapping but as long as you call them right afterwards its fine. Depends on the situation if you should. If they are stealing something from you definitely if its just a random person attacking someone else stay the f away and mind your business life is too short.
Don't forget Quizzy..
Not just drugs. Performance enhancing drugs :D
A shame the KOTH episode is edited to avoid copyright, as there’s a few scenes I wanted to see, such as the twist that there is a real Jack selling actual bait in the ghetto neighborhood.
We love this Boi 😂
Organic my man. Rock on.
id say this ep was set in 1998
22:06
I love to go fishing but it's more of a pastime than a sport to me lol
I tell you hwhat!

Quizzy have you ever tried Coke🤔😏😤 because I want to PaRtY with you🎉😮
OMG!😂😂😂😂
spell assume out loud
U assume (which make an A$$ out u and me ) 😂😂😂😂😂 lmbo 15:10
i dont consider fishing a sport like hank does. I actually have my own definition for a sport.
1 it has to be athletic in nature.
2 it has to be competitive in nature
3 it has to be something where the other person/team has a direct impact on what you do/how you play
of course that's how I define a sport but still.
The ass out of u and me comment is for assume because that's how its spelled
I agree with Hank a lot but fishing is NOT a sport. It doesn't count as a sport if you can do it while drinking a beer.
Technically all sports aren't sports because some people get drunk as hell doing them. Not saying they do it well, though.
It's all in a spectrum, I tell you hwhat. I mean you CAN play baseball and drink beer at the same time..
But I agree, if it's not competative it's not a sport. Going out fishing with your bros ain't a sport
first 😎
