Tucker is the perfect guest for this show because he just leans into it. He doesn't have a guard up, he's just relaxed and having fun with Theo.
It was really good but Tucker was still holding back. Near the end Theo dropped a hint about wanting Tucker to open up more and Tucker didn't directly respond. Almost immediately afterwards Theo wrapped it up lol. Definitely room for a great sequel here!

Been on a longtime fan of both Tucker Carlson and Theo . Never thought I needed this what a great natural conversation two people from different walks of life just being completely honest and real and having so much in common. It was a humbling and enjoyable listen thank you both.
Theo is on Joe Rogan's level of being able to communicate with practically anyone and making them feel comfortable around them. And honestly, I think Theo is even better. I've never seen Jordan Peterson or Tucker Carlson as happy as I saw them on this podcast

By the end of this show, these two guys who had never even met each other had already established like comedic timing. That part where Tucker says if you don't believe you're not a wreck, just look yourself in the mirror after you get out of the shower, Theo looking into his lap "oh I know I caught a glimps this morning" and it keeps going back and forth. It almost seemed written out and rehearsed it was so good. They're both very good on their feet. Oh yeah and Theo immediately in the first 5 seconds calling out his laugh haha like a granny from the 1850s. Then tucker says it's ok you can't hurt my feelings so Theo immediately drops two more digs! Felt a lot more like two neighbors or two friends that it did two strangers. Good work Theo.

Awesome dude, always classy and respectful. As is Carlson too!

My favorite part was the discussion on architecture and how we are subconsciously aware of the depressing buildings around us. This affects us more than we realize.
Architecture is the striving towards heaven. If all of your buildings are depressing gray cubes, it's no wonder the population wouldn't think or strive for something higher. A bad song or a bad painting gets shut away and not experienced by most people. A bad building can stand for decades and effect everyone who sees it for as many decades. Architecture is an art form that is very public and cannot be ignored by anyone who sees it. Bad architecture contributes to the soul rot of a country, and demonstrates exactly where their head is at. Compare King Louis' palace, and a Soviet apartment building. They both perfectly demonstrate the type of society that made them.

I don't disagree on the effects architecture has on people. However that isn't news to me either. I could have enjoyed the conversation but of course it delved into conspiracy stupidity again. Talking about the bombing of Heroshima? Just stop. It couldn't be that wars are expensive. It couldn't be that the DMV is underfunded. It couldn't be that box stores are self interested businesses and they just do what makes the most money... Nope Heroshima, we think we are God now, and therefor everyone else is trash? Corporate America never saw you as anything more than useful idiots, has nothing todo with Heroshima lol.
Look on the road. What do you see that looks _beautiful?_ ya got a couple muscle cars that just try to look like older cars, the new vette is cool, but could you conjure the lines in your mind like an old stingray? The viper is an update of an actual dream car that was never practical, but how often do you see them? Everything else, every standard consumer car, has just gone to uniform compliance that all could be the next car if you pop one panel off and swap.
I love that Theo and Tucker can have a completely distracted conversation, but at the same time an actual conversation

The convo about the ugliness of the dmv building sending us a message of how worthless we are - schools look like that too and this was such a deep point to voice . I have thought about how degrading bad architecture is for the spirit and to hear it voiced was amazing - this was a great interview .

know what pays for that? taxes. What is Tucker and his buddies trying to do, eliminate almost every student arts program and park in the country. eliminate regulations to keep drinking water clean and air to breath. but yeah the DMV has basement paneling.

I'm British and I've loved Theo for years when he started stand up, so having a legend like Tucker on his channel makes me happy as fuck.
I absolutely couldn't stand Tucker Carlson when he was on Fox news that I wouldn't watch him for all the money in the world. Now that he's doing what he's doing, I realized I didn't give him a chance. I totally dig him now.
Tucker is surprisingly such a fun and charming person. It's always interesting to look at someone and see the little kid in them shine through a bit
