Guys, running with the childline thing have you thought about maybe doing a show focused towards young children/teens on how they can cope and respond healthily with what is happening these days? Maybe if you're able to get someone on to discuss how young teens can stay confident and strong and arm themselves with the survival tools to avoid mental health issues woke culture/social media etc is causing. It already effects us adults but the kids look to us for help and being the example. Young, white kids or straight kids growing up are going to be so messed up and they need constructive advice to get through this and to not be victims. Otherwise I'm worried we might see extremism pop up in the pendulum swing whilst we're preoccupied about The Far Left. We need to instill self-belief in these kids as they need it now more than ever or they're going to be damaged adults with all these hangups.

I have to say I'm sick of hearing people tip toe around these issues. Transitioning children is child abuse. Kids are not coming to these ideas on their own, they are absorbing them from the radical activist "adults" around them. Anyone that has raised kids know that their gender is literally a non issue unless you make it one. We must stop using their oh so manipulative language to describe abhorrent things.

Why are government departments being advised authoritatively by Stonewall? Charities are legally defined and given tax privileges, why are they also pedalling these ideological positions? Government also regulates professions and forces professions to comply with eg 'equality' which is a very political definition not to do with the normal meaning. Our fourteen granddaughter has become entranced with this issue, we suspect that she is binding as she has had numerous breast infections. She constantly talks about wanting to go and meet with people she has seen online from New York, New Zealand, Canada, etc. and her class mates are similarly affected. Unexpectedly, one of her teachers rang her parents to thank them for embracing her changing her name to a boys name (that was a shock) and all of her school work now shows this name. Our middle aged daughter (her Aunt) has recently been diagnosed as scoring high on the autistic spectrum - my wife and I have known this since her childhood, but 'the authorities' never listened to our concerns or gave advice.
I believe that it is immoral to teach gender ideology to children, as their minds are immature and incapable of critically assessing the consequences of their actions. I also care about the girls who have transitioned and have found that they have made a grave mistake and are attempting to de-transition - many have been brave enough to tell their story on CZcams.

Recently I watched an interview with a detransitioned young woman. She said one of the things trans groomers told her was that not liking the sound of your own voice recorded means you are transgender. NOBODY likes to hear their own voice like that. Nobody.

  • @Tabitha_K
    @Tabitha_K Pƙed 2 lety +183

I’m a woman with a late Autism diagnosis. As a young child I was drawn to toys marketed at boys like Meccano, trains and trucks. I hadn’t a clue how to play with dolls. I was what society called a ‘tomboy’. I didn’t think I was ‘in the wrong body’ though; possibly because no-one suggested it to me. I could never imagine taking on the role of a mother in adulthood.
At puberty I was utterly horrified by breast development and periods - because they signifies womanhood and a cultural role I didn’t think I could handle. I didn’t know where I fitted socially, didn’t understand myself and didn’t understand other people (part of Autism).
I made my own chest binder, restricted food and developed Anorexia Nervosa. The latter was a puberty blocker in itself - because starvation inhibits puberty and sexual development. This had horribly detrimental effects on my bone development leaving me with osteoporosis. Thankfully, all this happened before social media, but I’m sure I’d have been drawn to trans ideology had I been a Gen Z.
Long story short: I recovered from Anorexia in my teens and thankfully, with therapy and an Autism diagnosis began to understand myself better. I understood that there are many ways to be a woman and that I didn’t have to bear children if I didn’t want to. I am more typically feminine now than I have ever been, but still ‘different’ due to Autism.
Autism can cause a lot of confusion for the person: understanding who they are and where they fit in society; particularly if they’re teased/rejected. In addition, autistic people often become fixated on things and ideas. It’s easy to see how an autistic person could fixate into the idea of being trans.
Some autistic people argue that to suggest that autistic children cannot make an informed choice about puberty blockers or ‘gender identity’ constitutes ‘ableism’. I disagree with that. ‘Woke’ culture has infiltrated Autism, and many Neurodiversity advocates adopt critical social justice ideology.

The people all congratulated him for making the decision. They also told him things would just get better on their own! Everybody gave him advice that is really damaging.
I told him to ignore everyone else's advice and buy a dog. Take him for walks and you'll attract people. Volunteer. I gave him the conservative style advice.

Thus is their style of thinking. They are afraid of being rude but rude advice you can use is better than insincere flattery that will just lead you in the dangerous direction.

I think that, at this moment, being “non-binary” is at a sweet spot of being transgressive while also eliciting a lot of cultural acceptance, if not encouragement. Both of these qualities are naturally craved by adolescents. Soon the balance will tip-no doubt toward “non-binary” losing its edge-and the numbers of those being drawn to it will either fall off or shift away from young people who need to swim upstream toward those who need to be in the mainstream (or think they do). At the end of the day I maintain that young people are bored out of their minds, and that this explains their addiction to screens, junk food, and social contagions. They’re bored because starting in the 1980s we sucked all the adventure and risk-taking out of childhood, features of that stage of life since literally the dawn of the human race. You cannot change the very nature of childhood and not expect there to be dire consequences for young people’s mental health.

The problem here is not screens, which many kids use specifically to get a few minutes or hours away from adults; the problem is adults! At least in the U.S., we have abolished childhood adventure. There was this extraordinary article about people who had travelled to South America to have limbs amputated, and who were living happily as the physically challenged people they wanted to be. And, as adults, no matter how shocking it is to us it's their business. But if children were having the same surgeries because they felt that they shouldn't have their arms or legs we'd be rightly horrified. What’s really horrible is that a substantial proportion of these kids who are suddenly coming out as “trans” are autistic. The Tavistock clinic’s records show that about 30% of the kids referred to their clinic show signs of autism. Many more had comorbidities like depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideations or a history of sexual abuse. Despite all of this, none of these things were even considered as possible reasons for why all of these kids might be saying they are trans. Instead, they were affirmed without questioning and pushed down a path of medical experimentation.
All of those who participated in this barbarism should be prosecuted. UK’s secretary of health has finally peaked and is ordering an investigation into this issue and there is another independent investigation going on (the Cass Review) so some of the dirty details are finally starting to be revealed. I want to see heads roll.

What a refreshing conversation! I completely agree with this being a MH condition (Gender Dysphoria) and needing talking therapies. A family friend was put into care at a young age, while Dad stayed with new wife and daughters. He tried all ways to gain his dad's approval and went through a full transition into a girl. His dad still didn't show any interest and he regretted his transition, but can never enjoy sex ever again (he will be around 40 now) just a tragic and avoidable situation.
I also have a family of Autistic people (Brother, Nephews and Sons) they can feel like they don't fit in because their brains process stuff differently (like the difference between Windows and Linux - both do same job, just differently) and can be very easily influenced! Talking therapies don't usually work with Autistic people. My eldest had some counselling but needed to be referred on to a child psychologist, as the counselling did not work for him but the psychologist did EMDR therapy and it worked a treat! So I applaud the efforts of raising issues over autism and trans because it takes a specific set of skills to be able to explore ideas with them. Great interview again trigger boys đŸ„°

I'm glad my kids are grown, my grandkids are grown, if "some guy/adult" mailed this device out to my daughter if she were still only 13, I feel I can honestly say it wouldn't end well for this person and if I did 25 to life I'd be fine with it. We use to call these people pedophiles for a reason, they are preying on our children! Society use to view the protection of our children as a top priority, at all costs. Where did we go wrong? In 10, 20 years time our courts will be backlogged with lawsuits from these kids (who do need help, but as this man says you don't affirm someone's anorexia) who were rushed into a life changing experiment. I was a leftie until the excesses of woke became very apparent, and I know for a fact that many on the left are simply overly empathetic people who will put being nice ahead of being thorough in investigating whatever social issue is being discussed. After reading Chomsky I was certain I had the world sussed. It was only twenty years later that this woke craze led me to discover Sowell, Peterson, Loury, Pinker, Haidt etc and realise that much of my empathetic certainty came from being immersed in a bubble, not from having properly educated myself on all sides of each issue. When I just refused to vote because they're all just different factions of the neoliberal elite, it was no great loss to society. When these same type of people start getting people fired for holding different, and yet more substantial opinions, then society is screwed.
