James Esses on gender ideology & his ongoing legal case after being expelled from his Masters Degree

James Esses is a commentator, writer and advocate on gender ideology and free speech. He co-founded the group, ‘Thoughtful Therapists’, who are working to change the narrative regarding mental health treatment in this space. Prior to this, he was a Criminal Barrister and spent many years specialising in crime and criminal justice in the public sector, including tackling child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Frankly I don't believe it.
James Esses is one of a handful of honest, decent people who worked in the child counselling field. Why so few? It may be that many of those in that sort of 'industry' are rather too interested in children. Know what I mean? Probably the few that honestly intend to be of support and sanity to troubled kids and young people, have been pushed out by those with an entirely different agenda. If this were not the case why would the others like James, assuming there are any, stand up as he has? Clearly they are the problem. All should be assumed guilty if they have done nothing to prevent the obvious harms being promoted.

You are correct. I’m completing a psychotherapy course and I have been silenced and shamed by my peers for challenging the dominant narrative. I’ve spoken to my course tutors and they are supportive (which makes a change from James’s case), but they too have to be careful in case the woke soldiers in the classroom decide to report them to lobby groups for not towing the line. Ignorance and intolerance have spread everywhere, so the decent therapists are operating under the radar - for now. James’s courage to stand up against tyranny is enviable.

The wont offer the same in return bevause in their eyes. To communicate with you on your Ideas Validates it's existence. They view all debate on such Ideas Harmful just on sheer principle. You cannot reason with them.

I'm not sure gender ideology is the "biggest" issue of our time, but this period in history will go down as a period of utter madness.
