Saket i started my fat loss journey with you. It was so unintentional when i first started out i just saw your video and started tracking calorie and 15k steps. I didn’t know when this whole habit became a daily ritual for me and randomly i hopped into it. And as i was quite regular to gym everything boiled down to a point where i lost 5% fat in the month of January. Idk what to say next just a big thank you for knowingly or unknowingly motivating people like me. And i’m reading a book called Deep work. I see a true example of that book in you. Wese to mai 1.5 year se workout krta huu but undeciplne, procrastination, money problem, local jym in kuch reason se kuch progres nhi kr paya. But abhi yaha pe pohch chuka huu ki ab koi excuse nhi bache hai. Abhi bhi mai local jym mai hii train krta huu. But koi baat nhi. David gogins kehte hai resorsess maximize kro. Our mera excise selection bahot achha hai aapki vajse bas thoda legs ka problem hai mai legs ke liye leg press, our Deadlift krta huu. But jald hii jym change krunga. I don't think maine aapka koi video nhi dekha. Aapko jitna knowledge hai na bodybuilding ka I think mere ko utna hai. Matlab aapki vajse knowledge pe confidence aaya. Our muze pura confidence hai 10 sal baad bhi mai aapke video dekhunga. Aapki vajhse meri kya physic kaise hogi bro aapki age mai mai wo dekhne ke liye bahot excited huu. Thank you bhai ❤❤

Today I got to learn something, When I get my first set 50 secs and I fail the same weight in next set at 35 secs. I was continuing the same weight but today i got to know that I can reduce the weight for next set. Thank you❤️

For a smaller group of muscles like biceps and triceps i feel i like i go beyond the 60 sec for one set with 10kgs
I think that i should increase the weight but then the other thing that comes in mind is we should not use much heavier weights for such a small muscle
Can you please help me with it, should i increase the weight and till how much weight we can train biceps and triceps like muscles

suppose when u eat fewer calories then make it a habit of it so that when u life heavy weight on first day it self I know it's really tough and the process is long but try to do it everyday then within a few months u will achieve
