    Hello...i have Rheumatoid arthritis, i suffer from much pain and stiffness in both my legs...and also cause of it i am having functional leg length problem. I find it too hard to do any sort of exercises due to the hard pressure in the joints. Can you tell about some exercises that can be easy for me?

    After L5 S1 herniated disc surgery i limp and observed my left leg discrepancy .
    Can chiropractic help me with this issue please let me know ?

    should I do the exercise on my short or my long leg. The tension and the pain is all in my longer leg.

    Hi I have to accident 9, month before femur bone loos also after bone graft surgery now can start walking but fracture leg 1.5 inches shorter can improve Exercise pls let me know thanks 🙏

      She says you can do both if you want. I'm actually really surprised how well this has been helping me. This has been a problem for 20 some years and caused all sorts of back issues.

      It's stated during the video to do this on the shorter leg, but that it won't hurt to do it on both legs if you want to.

      She said on the shorter side, but doesn’t hurt to do it on both! If you think about it, you want to relax the shorter side to help it get out of the socket

    Sorry girl but I’m unable to execute that chair position. I can’t even sit Indian style. I was put under a hydraulic lift in a gas station when I was younger 😢

    Something is better than nothing. I don’t think she gave the whole picture here. Most cases are functional LLD, yes. But without stability training, muscles likely won’t maintain their elasticity and the intended postural adjustments. But yeah, most people have no clue what to do for their bodies to feel better, so at least she’s showing some nice stretches for hip mobility, but linking it up with leg length discrepancy is click bait to me as well.

    The narrator has a vocal fry which is not good for anyone. It’s a thing younger girls do. They go down to a gravel sound in the voice.
    Anyway having been a chronic pain patient with myofascial pain syndrome for years I know how people with pain are treated or I should say not treated. It’s especially hard on woman over a certain age. No one really had the education to release the fascia in med school or pt school. After it’s been locked a long time it’s very hard to get it to relax enough to release. These exercises are good for tightness that hasn’t become chronic

However, it's still possible even if it may take a while. Just add the stretches to your daily routine and remember to hold each stretch for at least 2 mins for best results.

      Hy my uncle threw me up and I fell into a cement when I was 6 months, my hip are not equal, one heep I can see a bone, one leg is shorter with a longer foot, the other one is longer with shorter foot...... Back pains, can't stand or sit for long nor walk long distance I have pains

    How about if you're going to titlle the video "one leg shorter than the other," you actually cover cases in which one leg is shorter than the other? I realize that *sometimes* it's due to pelvic tilt or something muscular. But sometimes it really is due to one leg being longer. And for those people, this video is click bait.

      It doesn't seem like you understand that most people who have a shorter leg don't actually have a shorter leg but instead have super tight muscles and just need to stretch. I was told that I had a short leg by a chiropractor and then my general family doctor told me that that was a lie and showed me how to stretch it out and now I don't have a shorter leg

      @@jeffwallace673pls explain a little bit more of the types of stretcges you did to fix your issue. My right leg is shorter possible due to hip imbalance and that is messing up my cardio big time.
