I'm Autistic and I have been living in terror because the health care system is so messed up. So Im dealing with the mental health aspect that is associated Autism and ADHD as well as physical non-connected ailments. I cant get any treatment for the misalignment of my joints. My Drs are truly very corrupt and bad people. Especially when you have free health care. I see the difference in people that are wealthy and can afford real honest wholistic Drs vs. Drs that just want to drain your free insurance and insure they never heal you so you keep coming back. All they say is there is nothing they can do except lets chop up your body giving you surgery that is not needed to give you more side effects, risk, and put you on pain killers forever. Bless You and this channel for giving me some hope.
Thank you so much for this video. I just finished my 4th walk with my dog this weekend completely free of pain. These exercises hit just the spot. Again, thank you.
Keep doing what youre doing. This channel is so much needed. Thank you for sharing your great knowledge sir! Subscribed and telling family!

I see there is a reason to go to a dedicated place like gym, for focus, and when one lacks discipline, as I do. The instruction in the video is clear, gentle, and practical. (Now to just do the work). Thank you.
I am so grateful for these videos. They have really been life changing
Thanks so much for watching, glad to hear the exercises are helping!
This is brilliant, I'm not one to be like OMG it solved all my problems right away. But I feel much more comfortable after these stretches. Will start the long road of recovery now using them.

These are clever maneuvers, especially the first two.
Brilliant! I tried only the brick exercise and felt better. So, it really is a matter of muscle, not really a shorter leg.
Love this video and so many of your other videos. Thank you!

With the leg on the block exercise, I feel it a lot on my lower back. However, after 3 sets of 3 reps with 5 second holds on each leg, I do feel a relief in my back pain. Not sure as to why, considering I’m feeling it In the QL/Erector area, but it work! Thanks Doc!
Same with me

I always knew my hips were off and apparently these are the exercises I was looking for, I just didn't what they were til I tried them. My only wish is that I had knowledge of them prior to the knee bursitis and bakers cyst arrived. I did one set of wall pushes and already feel better! Thank you! 😊

How often do you perform the exercises? And how consistently?
Thank you so much for this, have been trying to balance my legs for years. I hope this works for me. Pls I want to know if this can fix a one leg shorter by 1inch and make it balance with the longer one. And also should I do all of the exercise or just choose a suitable one. Thanks as I anticipate a response
Thanks. You are great.

Thank you for the video will be trying soon! I have a question- I purchased a lower back traction that uses the door thinking it would alleviate lower back with my short leg condition. It seemed to really aggravate it though. Is there a way to use the unit or do you think it only exaggerates the imbalance?
@DrRowe greetings. A long time follower from Australia. If you could please advise which side is being targeted when doing the exercise? I know you do say to do both sides to keep things in balance but having the shorter leg itself means there is no balance to start off. I wish you could state when the shorter leg is being worked during each of these wonderful exercises. Thank you, Dan, Melbourne
Oh thank u thank Uuuu.I had my back completely messed up,I looked in d mirror my shoulder up,my pelvis moved and OLD story (that my right leg is shorter)was right.I didn't want to go to chiropractor again(last time 2016)it was painful adjustments, lasted 40-50days,cost me fortune, didn't repair my back, only helped to get rid of pain.So I knew I need to work on my pelvis not back itself.I am glad I googled U,because I managed to go from bent back 50degrees,to straight back within 3days.My leg doesn't seem to be short anymore ..I think all those exercises worked! With a bit of ice pack .Thank u again I got my sleep back..(after 2 years)
Did you work both sides or just the shorter leg?
THX much for those! you must have read my mind - or better yet, the needs of all that magic but unfortunately currently unbalanced muscles between 'em ribs and knees... going right to work!
Hope the exercises make a big difference, and thanks so much for watching!
These were awesome. I just had a revision of my partial knee to a total and it changed 3-5 mm. However, my doctor says since it was all of a sudden my body feels like it’s an inch all at once and I shouldn’t notice a difference, but my body is compensating and then I’m trying to compensate by leaning to the longer or shorter side and it’s hurting my back and making me feel like I have this huge discrepancy between my legs. Will this help it? Are there any otherreasons why I feel like it’s a bigger discrepancy than what it really is? If so, is there any thing else you would suggest on top of these?
Thank you..
This has been a big help one main problems ..I have a rt shoulder and elbow and hand wrist chronic problem..
And pelvic and ankle balancing problem..

Thankyou so much for this! I’ve had a “lazy hip” for many years.
Thanks for watching!
I’ve been having some really uncomfortable pinching in my lower back and i had realized my legs were not aligned. I cant be sure the length is fixed but it’s definitely much better after trying these. Especially the pain being relieved.
Hi I've had one leg 2 cm shorter than the other probably for many years with no idea how it first started. I'm in my 60s it maybe to late for me now. I'm going to give this a good go. I have muscle imbalances which i believe is caused by this leg problem. Thanks for sharing my physios in uk aren't much help 😊
Thanks for sharing doctor. Are these for si joint dysfunction too??
They may help. For SI joints, check this out: czcams.com/video/tjUwE29FF6I/video.html

I will try your exercises as able too with RA and a damaged spine
Hope the exercises make a difference, please give us an update soon!
Great video. Thank you! Should i do these everyday?
You can do them as daily stretches, or just as needed a couple times a week. Thanks for watching!
I have seen some comments asking you concerning one leg being shorter than the others such as
Adaobi Mary Emeneka and Emmanuel Mendonca asked you questions how to use these exercises I have the same question as Emmanuel :Is it not preferable to first do them on the side needed to correct the short leg, and then later on both sides to maintain balance? I see you gave no replies to these users unlike so many others
Ty
Thank you very much for these exercises. They helped me with 10 years of discomfort and trouble in my everyday movement as a young adult, with some other professional help of course. But really- these did the trick.
Nice video, can my leg return to it's normal length while doing heavy weight training?
Dr Rowe....Should one do all of these exercises and how often?
Thanks for the excercise! Yesterday was my first day doing the excersise. The hamstring on my rightside hurts a little bit, is that normal? My right leg is by the way shorter. And how many times in a week should I do the excersise for the best results?
These can be done as daily mobility exercises if they're helping. Also, check this out: czcams.com/video/s_hVrlcgJlY/video.html
You are the real deal
Thanks for watching!
I'm a clinic chiropractor who today is down in the back. I tried this and a few things but when I tried stretching an hour earlier it didn't quite help when I went to lower a stretcher that when I felt pain. Man could I use a partner in this business.
Really benifit
Great to hear, and thanks for watching!
this is amazing, I hope this will help me because my cousin jumped on my left legs, besides, it's swollen, and when I evened them out, the left one is small and the right one is tall. When I was 7 years old, my lameness didn't grow anymore. on the left
Is it good to do if I am having severe pain in my left side hip / butt and pain in right knee , ankle
Should it be done for both legs ?
My chiropractor said you can’t fix a chronical shorter leg citing bone versus muscle tightness any thoughts on this from this video publisher? It would be much appreciated. Unsure if spelled chronical is the sense the chiropractor meant.
Wow the third exercise with the broomstick was very intense on my left side! I wonder what that means
great ideas, however, you never mention which leg is shorter.
Is there any printed info on the exercises for high and low hip?
Thanks
Thanks for watching!
Thank you this is the only reason why I don't go out and have no self confidence it's my fault that i keep doing tip toe to a point it's normal the other is short and t
Other is normal now I have my confidence to go out thx
How long will I need to do this video before I notice results?
Is it a good idea to do the exercises on both sides right from the beginning? Is it not preferable to first do them on the side needed to correct the short leg, and then later on both sides to maintain balance? Thank you in advance.
No no no. There must be "balance."
amazing exercise !i have lateral pelvic tilt i just do these one times and i feel my body balance a little bit when i standing definitely gonna try do more these exercise again !very appreciate your work!
Thanks for watching!
Does a short leg cause severe knee pain? I have recently been diagnosed with this short leg.... When they started to treat this st physical therapy the knee pain is almost gone but Dr still wants to replace knees. I don't know if one had to do with the other.
I am not sure if i am doing the first exercise right. Is there another way?
Thank new subscribers here from indonesia🇲🇨
Thanks so much for the sub and for supporting the channel, I appreciate it!
How long do you have to do these exercises
Hello Doctor. My 6-year old son feels very tired every time we walk and sits down in the square every time we stop. The doctor noticed that my son had 1 leg 1 cm shorter than the other and pelvic isn't on level, and flatfoot and he advised us to put plantar... do you think this affects my son's tired, and should I apply these exercises that you have shown, or should I leave only platar ? Please give me an advice because my son can not eplain my why he is so tired or if he has pain...
Thank you !
How can I know if it’s pelvic tilt or actually a shorter leg?
Would you still do these exercises if you have scoliosis?
Does anyone else have on top of having a high hip also have the foot on that same side tilting outwards a lot? Not both feet, just that one? 45 degrees outwards! The broomstick exercise seems very good for me but all the others I fail at because I can't balance my leg with that foot. If I straighten that foot on the yoga block for example my knee caves in extremely.
I can't do the Wall Push either. The high hip and foot pointing outwards is on my right side. So with this exercise I can't seem to train the glute on that side, I am just using the left glute instead.
SpineCare if you are reading this, do you have any advice for me? Or perhaps can make a future video for people with a high hip while also having the foot underneath that hip pointing outwards? It prevents me from solving the issue! For now I will do the broomstick one daily.
How hard am i suppose to go when using the stick method?
One day I suddenly realized that one of me leg is a bit short and I never knew that there is any such thing called short leg problem and luckily I found this video and I tried it and thank God I not only could correct the problem but later realized that I could now kneel down properly with my lower back straight which I could never do as earlier whenever I knelt down to pray I always used to automatically bend and take the support if the bench or a table. So thankyou Doctor thank you so much 🙏🙏
Glad you found the video and it's helping you!
@@DrRowe Thanks again Doctor.
How long did you do the exercise before you saw results?
Can engaging in walking (ie two miles a day) with one leg shorter than the other due, to uneven hip, make things worse or better? I'm trying to do the exercises but trying to walk as well to lose weight but am worried walking could making things worse.
Hi doctor when I do any movement my right hip cracks sound is loud what does that sound means ?
my chiropractor had me do the same exact strengthening exercise against the wall.
Hope it helps, and thanks for watching!
Hey Martin, i did the block one and my left leg's lateral quad was on fire. Is it normal?
Is this problem curable and what is the cause of it
Hi doctor, my daughter is 5 years old and she has a difference of 1.5 to 2 cm difference. Can we make them do any of this stretching. Would it is be possible to rectify by itself as she grows up
Good day, I was injected wrongly when I was 4 years old and affect my right leg, my left leg is longer than my right leg and which is making me embarrassed, I can't walk normal because of the short leg, it will be great if you can tell me what to do, I don't mind undergoing surgery to make the two legs equal😥
My left hip is high. And I’m like a half inch taller on my left leg. Does this mean I have a structural lld? Right hip and shoulder or lower. And right foot is more flat then left.
After growth plate closed..can I increase my legs
Yep mine is a structural difference in femur length, but I wish someone would do some videos on the problems this causes and what stretches and massage to do to alleviate pain and tightness.
If there is an anatomical difference, I would think that having orthopedic tools, like a prescribed, permanent lift ? for shoes, would be helpful. (Not the off-the store rack things). As to massage - unless the massage therapist is poorly trained, (and/or thinks you must have pain in order for massage to be "working" - and that would be wrong), everyone should be be able to receive massage therapy, and have it covered by their insurance.
I broke my femur and after surgery it lost a little length. Will this work for that?
So how could I fix a high shoulder from a high right hip?!
