in communities where everyone looks the same they all share the license of someone who passed a driving test, I knew some people and I think it was 5 of them who drove on one license, two of them drove the same cab and pretended to be the same person, Clapton east London, next to the train station ! ! !
They used to pass licences around when I was at college almost 40 years ago.

What is more likely is that she will say that he was constantly brake-checking her because he could se she was black in the mirror and he's a racist. Or she will say that he deliberately hit her after pretending to let her in for the same reason. However she tries to spin it, I bet a pound to a penny that at some point during the claim process the race card will be played, maybe saying that he used derogatory words to her...
Seen it done; had it tried on me, too...
Neighbour had this happen to her. Multiple imaginary witnesses, compo claims, loss of earnings etc, etc. Two years and multiple court appearances later and it was thrown out. Witnesses claimed they didn't know each other. Neighbour found out they lived close to each other and even tried to go in to business together. They had no reason to be in the area the crash happened in and couldn't provide any reason for why they would both be there, especially given it was early morning. Turned out the other driver (taxi) had made 7 similar claims in the previous few years, which when asked about them he "couldn't remember ". Neighbour ended up with nothing to show for it. Taxi driver had to pay all court costs - but neither him nor the imaginary witnesses ever answered for any charge of fraud-and this is why they continually chance their arm making fraudulent claims.
This is why I've had a dash cam since 2010. A certain junction on the way to work at night and several near misses from the same demographic travelling through the red light far in excess of the speed limit, safe in knowledge their "imaginary witnesses" will lay the blame at whomever they hit and another innocent driver is suddenly in a world of misery with a dangerous driving conviction and everything that goes with it.

They were overtaking the blue car. If they had pulled in then they would’ve been too close to the car behind them.
watch it again. They were overtaking traffic in the lane to their left, which is the correct use of lanes in Britain.
Technically it didn't undertake, they were overtaking it at 1:35 and it probably sped up, can't actually say whether white car with roof rack sped up or cammer slowed down as video sped up in parts.
@@VictorKibalchich Wrong. He was overtaking the white car then slowed down. The white car was waiting for him to pull in but he was too entitled. Hence he overtook on the left, which is legal.
#9 Unbelievable that the 'lady' driver of the Mercedes was unable to take responsibility for the collision. The coach driver was very restrained in his reaction, I think I would have been more robust (probably arrested her on the spot). I hope the police undertook a thorough examination of her licence and driving history.
Shouldn’t be driving in flip flops either. Driving shoes must be robust and cover the entire foot to prevent them slipping off

The driver was wearing no shoes at all, but the insurance decided that the accident was 50/50 responsibility, even though my wife put her phone onto video the second she got out of the car, so this fact was recorded for all to see. We all get irate at the actions of other drivers. I was told after passing my test that I should consider all drivers fools and hope they thought the same of me. A hard thing to remember but it can make driving hilarious rather than anger inducing.
I rode motor bikes for several years before getting my car licence. That experience taught me to treat everyone on the road as a total idiot. That appeoach served me well and I survived for 50+ years on the road.

Actually his driving isn't that bad - it seems he does thousands of miles a year on the road, so he's going to spot more bad driving than the average person - and in some areas, the standard of driving is generally lower anyway - large cities seem to have the highest proportion of bad drivers - more than you'd expect

Lucky he had a camera, in that area of Blackburn, there would have been multiple "witnesses" within 5 minutes to corroborate her version otherwise.
I understand that a certain demographic let other (and presumably) more competent members of the family take their test for them. I would say that is what happened in this case.
I honestly think if you re-tested every driver once every five years, a good 60% wouldn't pass. Scary bad drivers around.

I get the undertaking if the person is sitting in the right lane. Overtake and get over. Assume someone will also want to overtake you at somepoint and that's fine. So much of this could be avoided if we shared the road better. It's no bother getting over for a second to let someone past, keeps everything flowing smoothly.
Assuming you are talking about #4. The cammer looked like they were travelling at a fairly constant speed while passing others in lane 1. The car that passed on the left was the one that had been passed themselves only moments before, so they could just as easily have pulled in behind the cammer instead of pushing dangerously through the gap.

@@prosskind of, if you have an accident and the police / crash investigators deem it was because you were wearing flip flops which caused a lack of control then you can be charged for driving without due care and attention etc although there’s no specific rule about flip flops

From how long they took to catch up/overtake I wouldn't be surprised to find that they're just randomly picking a new speed to drive at every few seconds.

3:25 the Merc did blow through the Red Light, but in fairness to it the temp RL was there to filter traffic from the right and once it was clear the only three vehicles there (lorries) were turning left it was safe to blow through. Unlawful, but safe.
Clue on the signage. 3 way control, can only see 2 from where the Merc was… Not really safe as there could be another vehicle deciding to do the same thing from the other way, same as overtaking on a blind bend, it’s “safe” only if nobody happened to be coming the other way.

You can't expect everyone to follow the rules and drive safely. No matter what day it is, you will always find rude drivers on the road. Also, people can have emergencies and drive fast. Just drive carefully, ignore rude drivers, and don't react angrily to anything and you will have a good day
