The joke is deep he explained it in an interview it's about social status and wanting to help your own people and the baby wasn't real he represented the youth of the inner city getting caught in the streets younger and younger since Dave is a grown man he would refer to him as just a baby because he was watching him throw his life away

I had a situation like that before when I was doing contract (roofer/gutter repair) work on the west side (hilltop) here in Columbus, Ohio. I pulled over on a side street to look at my job list to see what address I was heading to next and this street walking came out of nowhere, opened my door and I was just looking at her like WTF!!! She than realized I didn’t stop for her and apologized because she felt so embarrassed 😂, I told her I ain’t judging you, get ya money how you live but babygirl I didn’t give you no “signal” to come over 🤷🏾, look for a signal next time…
That crackhead stuff is true. We have this crackhead in Jersey called Spiderman, because he climbed telephone poles to cut on the cable. He got elecuted and fell on the hood of a car. He walked it off.

Dave is NOT far off. I grew up in the Projects, that were once used as Japanese Interment Camps after Japan bombed Pearl Harbor in 1941. No Heaters or Summer Cooling system. I lived there for 19 years. When I came home with my Bachelor of Science in Genetic Engineering from Stanford University. I had a college degree from one of the best Universities on the Planet, but @ that time, I was still living in the Projects with my Mom & two sisters.... That hit home but in a good way. I became a successful Criminal Defense Attorney... I'm NOT wealthy, I'm NOT rich, I just have a lot of $$$$$$.

Actually there is a reason why there isn't a lot of videos showing what it was like in the Getto/Hood back in the 80's 90's and 2000's because during that point in time anytime a hand held Video recorder was spotted in use out and about that was a very risky highly percentage chance for a instant death sentence...folks would think your ether a snitch for the police or the person is undercover police
