Recently upgraded group set on my budget hardtail from 2x7 to 1x11, however my crankset got lost in the post :(

Shorter stem, wider bar, fatter grips, clipless pedals, saddle, and best of all upgraded the fork

Vitus are pretty well Specced in the grand scheme of things, tyres to suit riding style, decent pedals and a dropper are a must

Bits here and there depending how things feel on the bike. Latest was forks, head angle got slackened further which was quite nice

    I sweat a lot!
And must be the only one that actually prefers the feeling of cotton as opposed to sweat wicking fabrics. Trien several, always leave me feeling sticky and really can't get to grips with their weird temperature regulation.
About the only good thing is they wash easier, but hate the feeling :(

Fitting a dropper was like night and day. Highly recommended.

With that tire size it gives more confidence in that type of terrain that you are showing

Tyres are the most important!! Then brakes, then riding shoes imo

None. Stop spending money and go ride your bike. A beginner needs to ride and understand their bike before they start changing parts.

Very true! No better way to get to know your bike than getting out and riding it. This video is to help those people who are new, who don’t know where to start and that are looking to make a few changes to the bike they have. 👍🏻
