For the past four years, I have been nose breathing during my easy sessions and trying to do it with my HIIT sessions. It works! Mouth taping while sleeping helps with sleep and for keeping the oxygen saturation at an appropriate level in the blood.

The appetite thing works the opposite for me! High intensity stuff keeps me in the fridge whereas I can just eat normally doing zone 2 stuff. This stands to reason as you're more likely to eat when stressed and high intensity stresses you out. Also you're going to burn more calories doing high intensity so your body wants them back! So that's a bit confusing to me, anyone else?

I’ve previously had OSA & have training for treatment. My thought is OSA is leading to more hrt arrhythmias.
