I agree with what you said. Love the Chihiro so much. In fact, I rarely use my V60 drippers anymore as well as the Kalita (exception: when I want to brew bigger cups I would use Kalita). The result is very consistent. I even use it to 'test' when new beans come in.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
    ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
Well rounded, balance, wider gamut of flavour (I use language of color / color gamut 😅) & tend to sweet. Even better than the previous edition like you said. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
    ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
My go to recipe is using two pours only, 50% each, or 60 & 40%, with 45" interval between them. Medium size grind, 90° temperature, very slow pour. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

I find the result is very consistent and I don't have to worry about changing grind size and/or temperature even with different types of bean. Really amazing.⁣

Oh I would add another downside of Chihiro : plastic material. Previously I only use ceramic & glass drippers.

In Indonesia the suji is around 95k IDR and the b75 is double the price at around 180K-190K IDR, so I guess if it's priced like that you'd recommend to get the suji because it produce kinda similar coffee? I already think of getting the b75 from your original suji review but haven't pulled the trigger, but with this I'm torn again. 😂

Oh if it's double the price, then it will only be worth it if you enjoy making coffee with bigger doses. But if you usually do 12-14g, then the suji should be fine! Especially if you don't mind being careful setting the filter paper in place haha

@@wideawakeph3662 I usually only brew little doses so I guess suji fits me better indeed, being careful might need some adjustment tho lol. Anyway thanks for the review!
