Bless you
Thank you!
Yes!
Doing God's work!!!😭
THANK YOU!!!
Payton actually lost her glasses they were knocked off during the attack and she was blind without them. She used the trees and followed the sounds to guide her to safety. She's an amazing little girl finding her way to the road for help bleeding profusely and not able to see.
Yes!!!!! So brave!! Honestly that makes her a million times more brave than the girls who attacked her. I hope she lives a happy life regardless and I hope they all three got therapy. Because those girls don't sound right in the head to me.
@@oliviablackburn3907 I hope she's happy and healthy and I agree those girls need help!
I feel like the fact she couldnt see clearly helped her survive and make it to where she was saved. Most people start to panic to the point of not being able to function or think when they see the severity of their wounds which ultimately stops them or slows them down. Kinda like when you break a toe in your shoe but until you look at it you dont fully know whether or not it's broken so you keep walking and then when you finally look at your broken toe all of a sudden its 10x worse to walk on than it was before
As a kid i'd always cry in movies when someone had their glasses broken, it's so mean :(
😆 ooh ookoooooookoooool o
A really incredible and VERY lucky for Payton, was the fact that the biker who rescued her went into a kind of "restricted area". He actually climbed over a chain that was marking an "off" territory and decided to bike there. Otherwise, Payton may have never been found. Kudos to this guy!
Wow!!!
@@mindybuol3018 There's a 20/20 or something documentary on this case. That's how I know these details. Hope Payton is doing alright.
@@HelenaVanCity same. My Mom said when we watched the special that someone called him to that area to help Payton.
I was right up the street waiting for the bus with my 4 year old. That would have been horrific to witness. I'm so thankful he was there to help her.
@@paranormalelizabeth Pretty much everything in our life happens for a reason; there isn't such a thing as 'accident' or 'coincidence' :))
it’s insane how when i was younger i knew slender man was just a creepy pasta but these kids genuinely believed he was real?? it’s so interesting how minds work differently
It seems like the one girl had deep delusions in schizophrenia. Its really anissa who I think less of in this case for egging it on. But being children stuff can be scary and you don't know what to do.
@@pandapuffzee8255 I'm not a doctor and can't diagnose anissa one what disorder she has, but I can tell you she's as bad or even worse than the schizophrenic girl. Anissa is a deep narcissist and manipulator that got away with it all but she is not fooling everyone
It's also interesting how so many naive people buy into every insane story their told about insane stories too. Like a pinball effect huh?
@@pandapuffzee8255 It all roots from the way that children are taught as they're growing up and by the age 12. If you have not been properly taught how to handle a story like slender man. Then obviously, it's going to be handled like the devil is handled by Christians, in a very delusional way.
Right! I remember being very young (probably their age maybe younger) and I would play the video games but I definitely knew it wasn't real
For those who would like to know, Payton is now a sophomore in college pursuing a degree in the medical field. She had PTSD after the attack and would sleep with her mother in fear of being alone. She says she doesn’t really remember much of the attack, thankfully, and has learned to accept her scars from the attack. She still has a hard time trusting friends and family and also still to this day sleeps with a pair of scissors just in case. She has said she’s working on putting everything behind her and getting back to living a normal life🙏🏼
Thank you so much for posting this. I listen to Bailey's stories a lot, but this story made me feel sick to my stomach and I felt so relieved when I heard she survived. I'm so glad she is doing relatively well. I also suffer from PTSD and I hope she has a really great therapist helping her with it.
How did you know this? Just curious!
Have u seen the police interviews with both girls?

The answer: parents need to pay more attention to what their kids are consuming online. As a kid I wouldn’t say that, but as an adult and teacher I will.
@Nikki Moore IQ doesn't mean much.
@Nikki Moore IQ is more so a measurement of academic ability than a measurement of overall intelligence.
@Nikki Moore Now this is exactly what an adolescent would say 🤨
If a parent falls into that category of having difficulty monitoring their kiddo they can also reach out to their support group, friends, family, their kids friends parents... Someone to help with the monitoring if you think it's necessary to do so. There's something to be said about trust and an open dialogue that goes a long way to keeping your kiddo safe. Like Peyton? She straight up asked her mom if it was real. Open dialogue. Listening. It's important.
@@deliaisaac805 Yes! Also, reaching out to the school or community counselor. Be proactive

the BETTER question is: how was Bailey able to put on her costume without smearing her makeup? that's a miracle right there
i remember hearing about this as a kid. i fully believed then and now that those girls were capable of it. no one is crueler than middle school girls
Which christian cult do you participate in?
I think "internet literacy" should be taught to kids in schools around age 10 where they can learn what fact checking is and what Photoshop is so that as they begin to live their lives online they'll be better prepared with critical thinking skills. I'm not an educator so I have no idea if 10 year old kids would get it but I like to think kids are smarter than they're given credit for.
Absolutely
I’d start younger than 10 - 7 or 8 maybe.
Needless to say I'm slowly losing faith in this generation
@@elyssamccoy4642 hjhhbbhhn
I agree!!! My 8yr old nephew started to take a huge liking to PCs, gaming and online In general, I asked his mum if I could have a similar conversation with him she agreed and could see the benefits behind it. He is smart he understood. If the kid is smart enough to control an entire PC we should be having this conversation from the age they start taking interest in the internet
I can't help feeling bad for the creator of slenderman, he just wanted to have fun creating an original character and when that character got so much attention it would've been really cool and then this happens and thousands of people are blaming you for things like this.
All the creators man it’s sad. His name isn’t even canonically Slenderman either 😭
True... I don't blame him at all. I kinda blame the parents here. If my child keeps talking about such a weird story I would limit their internet access, warn other parents and take them to a psychiatrist just to be safe. Seems harsh but that would be a massive red flag for me
@@jaybarbieri8619 it isn't? Do you know what it actually is?

Your right those who are out to harm us are after our kids, harder than they ever have been. I hope your watching what's going on at your childrens schools.
Be well.
Yet another note to add, even though this is an older video: Morgan's parents WERE monitoring what she was doing on the internet, but they didn't know that she thought he was real. They thought she was going through a scary story phase. They tried, though I see many people claiming they didn't, and were absolutely horrified that this had happened.
Ya sure, you may have even heard this from inside the court room, but do you really know this is true?

Note: Parents, the internet is not a babysitter. Pay attention to what your kids are looking at.
Well said
it is all about love.. raising your kids as human beings and not appendix of ourselves, with their own individuality and never having them lack that love and affection so that they go seeking it elsewhere, whatever be bad influences or the internet... yesterday my son came to me with a weird engineering looking drawing, asking if I knew about infinite geometric planes... a documentary he watched on youtube.. he is 10.. i dont even know what that was lol weird example to show how a well loved and integrated kid will use the internet what is meant to be: a tool not a substitute
Especially now days
Yesss! If anything....ANYTHING...put on proper parental blocks! I understand every family situation is different with some having parents work late or all day...or they're a stay at home parent and may need a break from the kiddos and give them time on the internet. BUT, if some kind of parental block was on...it could (would in my opinion) help with kids seeing videos and stories that they just aren't ready for! (Hope that makes sense).
@@hildiane21 I grew up in early 2000s, so much different than even then
I was a year or two younger than the girls and lived in a town near them. Everyone knew about the story, and a couple of people knew the girls. We had a huge school assembly about the internet and how you can’t believe a lot of things on the internet. It’s such a odd part of my childhood. It’s crazy that this entire thing happened, and I’m glad Payton survived.
I was only a few years older than them! Someone I’m Facebook friends with or something knew them! 😳 it’s frightening to think about.

My oldest is 9 and is honest about what he does and watches. Even if it's bad. Because I don't yell at him or punish for it. I sit with him and explain why it's not okay. He understands. Even if he disagrees, he usually listens. There have only been a handful of times where he did it again but we had another talk and I gave him the ultimatum of listening and doing what's right or getting in trouble. I let him make the choice to do the right thing. It gives him a sense of control over his life and it's a game changer.
@MommaBear4143 I have 3 kids. I was 20 years old when we had our oldest, 24 years old when we had our middle, and 37 years old when we had our youngest and I say all that to say this, I definitely changed as a parent as my age changed. I seemed to speak at my oldest, rather than speaking with her. I got better as I had more children.🤷♀️ my youngest is like your son(he’s 6 years old) and he is very honest and open with me as well. I’m very close to my older 2 now as well, but I can see how differently I parented each of them. Sometimes I feel soooo guilty but my older 2 always reassure me that I did my best but I was young and did was I was taught at the time.❤😢😊💖💙💙

Can someone refer me to the Away Tofana incident? I have watched a lot of Bailey's videos, but I am yet to come across it. And I think you don't fully join the cult unless you know about it XD
I discovered 'Walk off the Earth'
thanks to you! @@saratrabeih9035
Doctor: You almost died!
Payton: I know, that's why I'm here.
wow i love her every monday she always haves great storys to tell us shes a queen
Love ya and love how you tell the stories!!!
I live in Waukesha Wisconsin and I remember the day this happened, and I’ve personally spoken to the victim herself. She is a warrior and a sweetheart. So much strength in one woman.
I am SO glad she survived because as a mom this is absolutely terrifying to me.
How’s she doing now???
Do let jer know she has thousands of supporters, and we are all on her side. This is so sad, because they were so young, just kids.
Yeah, I spoke to her too.
I live in Racine I remember this story like it was yesterday I saw her when she was in the hospital because my grandma was dying down the hall and I saw her in her room no one believes me when I tell them tho but I did see her in the icu
Educate your children and be present in their activities. Parents play a huge role in these type of stories. Pay more attention to your kids...
I actually let my daughter sit here and watch this with me today. She already knows about Slenderman. She was in shock to know the malice out there.
@@Binasio84 same. I had My daughter watching it as well. She was pretty disturbed that they were only 12...😑..
Not only educate, but also don’t ignore the signs that they may need professional help! Everything is not a phase.
Exactly I don't see why her mom wasn't paying attention this is awful
@@stahhpppitttt it’s a form of neglect..
35:29 "have you heard of orphanage?" GURLL😭
I love your shows. You're great company during the day.
This story is astounding to me. Payton is such a strong little girl, I'm so happy she's survived and I hope her and her family are recovering from such a traumatic event. This also shoes how letting children have free reign over the internet is never a clever idea... I feel like most parents have no clue how many dangerous things their children can consume so easily.
J
I was born and still live in waukesha, my brother is best friends with Payton…… there’s so much more than Bailey discusses that I can’t disclose because my brother trusted me with. (More regarding the way she’s treated these days)
It’s so interesting to see how the “slenderman culture” sorta died off. It was really big for a while. Especially when I was in middle school. And it’s strange cuz everyone at my school was into the horror games and stuff, but none of us were aware of this case until we got older.
Seriously!
Yeah, I remember playing the games when they came out, now its ancient history
I remember this happening it was on the news *in the UK
Now it’s sirenhead
I think everyone is SCP and limmenal space now. But also the movies sorta killed it
Whenever Bailey says “WELCOME”.. I can’t help but think of that MM&M episode with the guy whose name was Welcome. Don’t judge 😆
Lol.. I remember him..Welcome..wow✌
Just saying my favourite part of these is spending the first 5 minutes guessing the story your reciting arrrrggghhh your great n so bingeable 💕
Love you Bailey 🖤
Bailey: I had too much coffee today
Me: i guess you could say she’s……… buzzing

Stories like these make me terrified to let my daughter go to a sleepover. I can’t imagine what Peyton’s parents felt in that situation. Side note - totally cracked up at Bailey pretending to text that kid back hahaha
Amen! I have a daughter as well & stories like these freak me out.
Tbh I was always so mad at my parents when I was a kid wanting to be on sleepovers. But now that I'm 25, I realized that they really did save me from possible nightmares like these - and p3dophes let's not forget. I think it's best to communicate with your child what is the reason why you won't let her go to sleepovers, rather than my dad shouting "because I said no" lol
I’ve already explained to my kiddos that their friends are welcome to spend the night here, but they will not be sleeping over at anyone’s house. I had a few horrible sleepover experiences, plus I just don’t trust others to protect the most precious people in my life.
Don’t unless you’re hosting and will treat any child in your home like your own *not at all insinuating that you wouldn’t I am a parent too and would never let my Son attend a sleepover unless I’m hosting.
@@kimberlyrichardson5943 my oldest son passed away three months before his 4th birthday. The pain is indescribable, but I try my hardest not to let fear cloud my judgement when it comes to making decisions for my other three children. I was against my kids attending sleepovers even before I lost my son because of the things I experienced. We’re not being overprotective or “sheltering” our children, we’re making rational decisions based on the reality that horrible people exist and do horrible things to children.
I've been listening to you all morning. I'm detoxing off alcohol .... Thank you for being here for me 💜
Yo! I _just_ saw EXPLORE WITH US’ 2 hour video on the interrogation of Morgan and Anissa! This is one of the crazies, saddest true crime incidents I’ve EVER hear about…
But I am super excited to see Bailey’s interpretation and thoughts on this case.
Bailey typing aggressively: motherfluffer, have you heard of orphanage!?? TOTAL mom vibes 😂😂😂
Hilarious
I don't understand 😕
I love seeing Bailey dressed as a bee since she explained how she became obsessed with them after watching a documentary. I feel like she’s buzzing around the house super excited 😊
That's right! I forgot about that. How cute 💛🖤 🐝
That's exactly how I felt!! I was like, "lookit her reppin this thing she's super excited and interested in. My heart is so happy". 😍😍
I remember this story when it went viral. Back then I was really into the creepypasta. I was very shocked that someone so into Slenderman would do something like that. It was crazy. I'm so glad that she is still alive and doing well.
I think this is one of the most adorable makeup and costume i have seen in a while. And this story is just really concerning too. I just love hearing you talk about all these crime stories. 🤗
Bailey: “if you don’t know what a forum is…”
Me: “You’re too young!”
legit! 😂
😂 yep!
Reddit?
or too old
My son (22 now), was literally OBSESSED with Slenderman. His bedroom walls were covered in weird Slenderman art work, and I mean covered! He talked about it constantly. Honestly, I was becoming very concerned about it. As an adult he thinks it was so obviously fake, but he wouldn't have it at the time, he was convinced. Luckily, no harm done, he grew up and now thinks it is as ridiculous as I thought then. But honestly at the time I was really worried. Just shows how impressionable our kids are at that age.
This is exactly why I say to my kids eveeytime we watch TV or a video or they get on CZcams and it's some stuff like slenderman or even a character dying. I remind them its NOT real. And that most of their CZcams videos are just adults acting scared and faking these things to go viral on CZcams. Plus my sons autistic so he doesn't always grasp when someone isn't serious. Or if somethings a joke or seems really fake and put on
Oh my goodness!! I never would’ve thought my parents would be concerned over my interests as a teen, so I’m glad your son wasn’t as impressionable. I’m 24 and I use to love Slenderman too, and other horror media and urban legends as a lil teenager. However when I first got introduced to these online stories, the first one I read in 2010 (I was in middle school and it was about a haunted video game) I thought it was real. I was so scared. If anything I was more scared of the “monsters” rather than wanting to k*ll for them. I had to sleep with my mom one night I was so scared haha. We luckily had a talk and she said maybe don’t read these and wait until I’m a bit older. But still!! It really is important to include your parents with your likes and hobbies. I was lucky since my mom was a classic horror fan and we got to enjoy some of these stories together when I got to be an older teen, but once we found out about this incident, I kinda fell out of being invested in these “creepy pastas.” I still enjoy them from time to time and I think horror is a great genre to tell fun stories, but at the end of the day, they’re just that. Fun made up stories.
How long has slender man been going on? I only heard of it with these girls

Bailey I want to hear all about your book club / reviews / favorites everything!!!
Always pay attention to your kids, guys! When i was younger i told myself "i'm going to be a cool chill parent" and mind you i don't have children yet, but now with everything going on and how bad this world is, i don't think so!😕

NOT “IF YOU LIKE MUR***” 😂😂😂 her face after she said it too. 💀💀
as someone who LOVED marble hornets and other web horror like it, this story always horrified me. im not gonna blame the parents or anything but kids need to have their internet habits monitored and taught the difference between fiction and reality.
Why? Because they shouldn't be held accountable for their actions?? This IS the parents fault!
As a parent to a young girl and her two best friends at that time period, Slender man scared me a little…maybe because I did not understand what it was and because the girls half way believed in it!
@@tammylynne5702 i should have worded it differently, im not going to *fully* blame the parents. they should have absolutely been on top of things. but i do believe the girls are at fault too (the girls who committed the crime, not the victim.) sorry, should have made that more clear in my original comment
I don't know why but you sitting there and just flatly saying "I'm a bee" had me dying 🤣
