what fuel tank are you getting? im struggling to find a bigger tank for my 250L?

i should have said mines also a 2017 crf and all the after market parts like exhausts and fuel tanks say fits models upto 2016? but will they fit the 2017 bike?
Great Question! The fuel pump has changed this year and requires a different adventure tank than the 2016 model, not sure on exhausts mate!

It's a different world over there stay safe and have fun. Don't know if your thinking of passing through but avoid Libya at all costs. My dad worked there for years and still has many friends out there but since the revolution it is a seriously dangerous country to be a westerner in.

Unconfirmed atm, I have all the equipment just subject to time and internet hoping to post a few updates whilst on the road
Sounds fantastic, can't wait to see the footage. Might be worth taking a "Mr Funnel" as a lot of problems on these sorts of adventures seems to come from dodgy fuel.
Good shout will be incorporating some type of fuel filter to keep the good old fuel pump in good health

clear adventure gas tank, developed a leak , how does Honda explain that? not heat, they are designed for deserts........... i am buying some brand but that was bad on a long trip .

Reece Jamson I would guess because it's lighter and has less on it to break? The rally is a nice bike but more for looks then anything else imho

It was an extremely hard decision, my biggest choice for not choosing the Rally 250L was to me it looks like a more expensive dakar bike, which may attract a little more of the wrong type of attention, whereas the standard 250 with graphics off looks a bit cheaper and plainer
That's understandable. I feel like the functional extra's like the windscreen, better suspension, bigger fuel tank etc. would make me choose the rally.
