I spent hours cooking a sauce for a pasta meal and then made a side of vegetables that was in a completely different sauce and then a meat entree for my boyfriend and he literally took everything dumped it together cut it it and stirred it as if it was in a blender. Iâd never seen him do that in a restaurant or at the dining halls so it hurt my feelings bc it was as if my effort for all the different courses and sides didnât count. He looked up and realized what heâd done and smiled and said: It just all looked so good I wanted to eat it all at once! We laughed.
