This is a 20 minute beginner’s full body workout routine for both men and women that you can do with minimum equipment at home. Of course, the gyms have now been open but how really safe are they is questionable. But not to worry. Having doing this workout myself from the last 3 months, I assure that it can definitely replace your workout in the gym. It will not just help you build muscle and lose that extra fat but also will bring about true shape of your body. I have designed this workout in the form of 4 circuits of 4 minutes each tapping almost every major muscle group. Follow along.
00:44 - CIRCUIT 1 - Full Body Stretch and Warm up. It includes 8 exercises. Each exercise for 20 seconds along with10 seconds of rest. The aim is to get the blood pumping and prepare your body for the 3 upcoming circuits.
04:44 - CIRCUIT 1 ends. Take rest for 30 seconds. Do some deep breathing. Sip some water if you want to.
04:55 - CIRCUIT 2 starts. It is a set of 8 exercises focussing on strength training. Again 20 seconds of work and then 10 seconds of rest. If you are a complete beginner, do not worry. I will showcasing beginner moves alongside.
09:07 - CIRCUIT 2 ends. Take rest for 30 seconds.
09:16 - CIRCUIT 3 starts. It is a set of 7 exercises each for 30 seconds with 10 seconds of rest. The focus is on arms, shoulders, biceps and back. It involves the use of dumbbells. Although, if you do not have dumbbells, no problem, use 2 filled water bottles instead. You dumbbell weights that you are comfortable with.
14:04 - CIRCUIT 3 ends. Take rest for 30 seconds. Breathe in and breathe out deeply preparing your body for the final circuit.
14:15 - CIRCUIT 4 starts. This circuit is focussed on the core, the abdominal muscles. The abs exercises are easy but effective.
18:24 - CIRCUIT 4 ends. You have killed the full body workout. Well done.
18:25 - Cool down.

Body builders are the worst shape when it comes to cardio or any skill or techniques. In a fight they would be killed from lack of cardio. For the beginners here, I started working these out 3 weeks ago.
That day I was unable to even do a single pushup. So, I did the beginner one and within a week I was able to do 5 normal pushups.
I had small pain during initial days but now it's gone
Now, after 3 weeks I am able to do 9 pushups and able to do all these exercises well. I am also able to recognize a change in my physique. I am still unable to do diamond pushups but I am working on it.

@@mamtabahekar3659 Actually I am skinny too. I didn't notice any change in weight but my triceps and biceps had a small improvement. But, I have increased carbohydrates and proteins in my daily routine to gain weight. I hope I can see better results in Upcoming week.

A good advice from me (which thankfully he also mentioned):
If you're a person who has never done any physical activity or no regular physical activity or simply a weak person, you'd face a hell of pain and muscle sprain on the thighs and calves especially.
But don't get worried or demotivated by it. Even if you go for a 20 minutes walk and jog after sitting for months you'd definitely face the pain and sprain.
And though this workout is for beginners, after doing it you cannot even get up and stand, you'd feel so exhausted (for a weak person with no physical activity like me). And for the whole day you'll feel pain.
But I assure you that they're just temporary. They're only a day long. And your body will get used to any pain caused out of physical activity, if it's done consistently and every day.
Your body pains so much only because it's straining for the first time. But when it does it again and again, the muscles become flexible to any kind of activity.
So never get demotivated by it. Also it's always better to do exercises in open air space like a rooftop and in the mornings inhaling fresh air. If you're in an apartment and have no scope, at least open your windows and choose a room with proper ventilation.

Well I'm also not a person with regular physical activity. But the advice on the pains are from my real experiences. I've been in NCC in my college and I'm the weakest of all. NCC involves a lot of physical activity and every day. Just like sports. So those advices are experiences from there.
And I've tried beginners workouts and felt my whole day with no energy to do anything and spiritless.. thus I had given up. But this lockdown time is good time because you don't have much work especially going out. So even if you feel tired, you'd be at rest at home. And like I said you'll definitely get used to it. I swear on it.
And one of my seniors gave this advice during my early days of NCC. Apply balms and ointments only if you've unbearable pain. Otherwise just leave it. That is how your body will get used to the workout. If you cure the pain with balm, the next day there will be a fresh pain. So everyday you'd face new pain like the first day. But if you leave it as it is, your body will get accustomed to and heal on its own.
And finally begin the workout and also end the workout with stretching exercises. The first circuit of this routine though falls under stretching, I'd recommend 5 mins of stretching before and after the 20 mins. That way you won't get muscle sprain. And you won't feel much pain for the rest of the day. Because of sudden activity your muscles would get cramped. You should stretch it out at the end of the workout.

@@Dudesitdown Ideally you should do more than 4 times. But 2 is still better than 0. What will happen is, if you take a break of more than 2 days, resuming will feel like a struggle. If you don't do it regularly, you'll always feel like you are struggling

Start slow with as many reps as you can do. Move slowly if you have to in the beginning. The idea is not to hurt yourself but push yourself a little and you'll be there in no time. How ever many moves you can do, do 1 more.

Once I followed in lockdown but only for 2-3 days.
I've started it today, completed all within 30 mins but few didn't go well like Pushups, bicycling, etc.
Having little pain but I guess that much less is my strength so obviously I need to gear up & follow this to stay fit.
Hope to return tomorrow.

Honestly I really liked the workout. It is HIIT and it has all the exercises of Chloe Ting and April Han. So one will loose weight as well as get abs if do this regularly. Fittuber overpassed my expectations! ❣️😍
