This is a 30 mins beginner daily yoga routine that you can do at home. With this unpredictability surrounding the world in the pandemic, this video is focused on channelising our energy in learning the divine practice of Yoga. If you are a complete beginner to yoga or someone with basic experience, then this video will properly introduce you to the heavenly world of asanas and pranayama making your body healthy and mind calm. One more thing this video is not just to watch but to follow along. So come on. Let's do it together.
0:40 - Before getting started with this Yoga Routine, do this.
01:12 - Yoga Warm up. These have been referred to as Sukshama Vyayama in the Yogic scriptures
05:14 - Suryanamaskar.The sun salutation. A powerful yogic practice involving 12 asanas.
06:53 - Six most important asanas to beat the problems of our busy modern lifestyle
07:05 - Pawanmuktasana. The gas release pose. Best to beat acidity and gas issues.
07:47 - Markatasana. The monkey pose. This is especially for the back and the issues related to the spine.
08:41 - Naukaasana. The Boat pose. This is to reduce the belly ponch and tone the abdominal muscles.
09:20 - Sarvangasana - The Shoulder stand. It is helpful for almost every body part.
10:25 - Badhkonasana - The butterfly pose for PCOD and prostate.
11:16 - Mandukasana - The frog pose is the best for diabetes.
12:20 - Yogic pranayama or the breathing exercises.
12:40 - Aum chanting. Thrice. Aum chanting creates subtle vibrations within the body that makes the body ready for pranayama.
13:27 - Bhastrika pranayama or yogic deep breathing. This is a simple yet effective way to boost the immunity. It energises the body and calms the mind.
14:47 - Kapalbhati or rapid exhalation. Among the most powerful Yogic pranayama. It pushes the excessive air trapped in the digestive tract.
19:03 - Agnisaar. The benefits of agnisaar kriya increase manifold when it's done just after Kapalbhati. It is known to strengthen the digestive system.
20:03 - Jalandhar Bandh. Miraculously beneficial for getting over addictions of the body as well as the mind.
21:26 - Shithali breath. The cooling breath. For all body heat issues. Must in summers.
22:35 - Anulom Vilom pranayama or Alternate Nostril Breathing. Anulom vilom instantly calms the mind. It has the capability to put in a trance state. You feel mediative.
26:43 - Bhramari Pranayama or Bee breath. This is the best breathing exercise for brain. Stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, anger issues, weak concentration power, you name it, Bharamari has the power to cure any issues related to the brain. It even stimulates the pineal and pituitary glands.
28:03 - Rubbing the hands together before concluding. It activates the acupressure points.
28:27 - Last but not the least. Shavasana, to cool down the body.

Day 16 switched to 30 mins now. Experiencing immense benefits such as mental peace , more interest in studies and physical strength.
I have been following this yoga routine for 6 months now. I started when my Hba1c levels were bad, and my sugar levels.. Almost on the verge of turning diabetic.
Thanks to the yoga practices by Vivek along with the positive affirmations he mentions, my sugar levels have been controlled significantly.
Also I am allergic, my allergy levels have also dropped.

Nowadays, especially due to the western influence people think yoga is merely twisting and turning the body. Really happy to see Pranayama being included in this Yoga routine.

This was divine!
I followed your 15mins daily Yoga routine for 3 months when i was 16yrs old, my life just became heaven at that time, no physical problems, body was energetic all the time, my mind was so calm that any kind of stress, anxiety or any mental dependence gone away forever or was very less, not noticeable.
Now i am 18yrs old, i tried this 30mins one, and had a new and much more deeper benefit that surprised me at another level, i experienced MINDFULNESS, which i generally observe, not commonly when i do 45mins or 1hour of Mindfulness meditation, i am so relieved now as i will not need to rely on those long meditation sessions for mindfulness, also i feel like each part of my body is activated and exercised.
Even now when i am typing this comment after 20mins of break, i am fully in the present and aware enough that i didn't miss any of the typing sound.
I will commit to this meditation for years probably.
God Bless you and you live for 100 years, thank you so much. I thank my God for bringing such a beautiful soul to our Earth.

How many days should I follow this beginners yoga
Doing this routine for 15 days now. It’s very very refreshing, i feel fresh every time. I would recommend everyone to do it once and you will be addicted to it. It’s very powerful. I dont have any digestion problems now, thanks to this.

Vivek bhai ..I used to do this routine from my college days...after following just this for about 10 years a gaint transformation came into my life..I got introduced to actual Yogis from Himalayas who taught me the ancient Kriya yoga which was lost in since Mahabharata...so blessed to see that you are teaching this so that people can benefit from this ancient but effective practice 🙏🏼🙏🏼

You have been given 4 faculties to reach the ultimate goal ( Moksha)
First is the body ,with which you can do Karma yoga,
Second is emotions ,which you can do Bhakti yoga
Third is Intelligence ,with which you can attain Dnyanyoga
And fourth is The very life energy Prana,if you use this life energy itself to achieve the ultimate goal it's called KRIYA YOGA.
I don't expect u will understand everything in one go...I took almost 20 years to transition and get this knowledge and practical understanding..🙏🏼

I have heard there are 5-6 clans including Yogananda Paramhans ji, and each one's method is different for Kriya yoga. Is it true or I have misunderstood?
I did it in playback speed 0.75 and enjoyed doing in slow mo 😅
